They did absolutely fantastic job on my eye surgery. I would greatly recommend Dr Polsen to anyone I have never receive better care all the staff was outstanding.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Polsen and his staff are! From the beginning they have been everything we could ask for especially from a worry wart husband. My wife and I are so excited! The day to day recovery are exactly as they described. Laurel has walked us through every step of the way my personal favorite, the expressions show how well the surgery went. Usually you have to worry if it is a show to make you happy with the work. That is not the case with this office. We will always and forever recommend Dr. Polsen and his staff to anyone and everyone!

I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation done almost a month ago now by Dr. Polsen! I cannot rave enough about the level of care I have received this last month! From the first consult to every check up since then has been something I look forward to. The front office staff is always so sweet and accommodating. Laurie his consult assistant is so sweet and helpful. Her and Dr. Polsen listened to me in my consult and helped come up with a perfect plan! The nurses and anesthesia dr on staff for my procedure were very kind and helped calm my nerves the morning of! Laurel the Nurse Practitioner for my case is so hands on and helpfully explains all post-op care so thoroughly we had virtually no questions. I go in soon for my one month check-up and am feeling so great! I cannot wait to see my final healed results! I definitely recommend Dr. Polsen and will be using him and his office for any future procedures!

Dr. Polsen and his staff is amazing. From the moment I walked in for the consultation, through the procedure, and post op, I could not have been more satisfied. This team is top notch and if you are thinking of self improvement, you must consider this team. Love, love, love.

I am not even sure where to start. I had implants for 18 years and never new they were SLOWLY destroying my insides. Dr. Polsen reversed all that by believing in BII and removing the toxic bags for me. I am a new and happy soul! He may not be all mushy and chatty but he knows his path and that to me that is worth its weight in gold! I hope that BII will soon be noticed by the FDA and the cautions will be front and center. I HAD about 15 or so symptoms, one in-particular were excessive white bloods cells in my throat, throat spams and the dread of eating due to the pain I would endure with a spasm. I have not had one spasm in 1 month and 3 days and counting. I am free! Thank you Dr Polsen for believing in the hidden illness and for being an amazing surgeon. You are my hero!

Very nice staff. Office manager Lori and I agreed on a payment plan and even took my HSA card number and 500 deposit to schedule surgery. A week before surgery they called and cancelled due to the surgeon not agreeing with the payment plan. I had to find coverage for my job as well as my husband weeks in advance as well as book a hotel room since we live about 2 hours away. Had to fight the hotel not charge my card since procedure was cancelled. We found coverage for our jobs for nothing. I’m hurt the office manager gave us an agreement and was told a week before my surgery she doesn’t have the authority… check out and everyone knew the agreement but the week before Dr. Polsen (her husband) did not agree with the plan and we had to cancel. I’m more hurt than mad and feel betrayed.

Dr Polsen is incredible. He absolutely went above and beyond for me. His team of nurses and office staff were incredible from the consultation to my post op and beyond. I highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Polsen and his staff were welcoming and friendly BUT I had lipo on a few places included my love handles and all of the areas that I was concerned with look exactly the same. I have waited about 6 months because I was told it takes several months for full results and I’m so disappointed and unhappy with the outcome.
