Worst experience ever!
She always rushes when she comes into the room to visit me or my family! I don't think if she ever spends more than 1 minute in the room with a patient!
last time I took my mother there, i think they had some issues with insurance, so I had to pay extra for office visit. Doctor mentioned she would refund the money later after they send the claim to insurance. After 3_4 time calling them to see how the process is going, doctor picked up the phone and rudely told me to come pickup the refund check and never bring back my mother there!
After my recent visit, another doctor in the office wanted to give me medicine without even checking my body. I called the front desk to let the doctor know if she could add another medication because I feel worse. I've been waiting for them to call me, no one called and now the office is closed!

The clinic collected the payment at the visit but doesn’t bill to the insurance. Even I urged once, they finally billed the charges occurred in last year to my insurance, yet nothing done with my current year charges, which was paid months ago. Good luck when you as a patient and about to meet your deductible.

I have been going here since february due to my thyroid so i constany need bloodwork done ect. I came in today for some bloodwork like normal before i even get started keep in mind this place gives you no courtesy calls or any type of reminders about future appointments. This place is very unorganized tge second time i cam in they didnt even know why i was there, they didnt see anything in the system. First time i got bloodwork done they charge me $100 which i been delaing witht thyroid for 4 years $100 is normal for bloodwork, well i didnt notice until today but my second time i got bloodwork i got charged $150, well come today they try to charge me $190 just for bloodwork and i didnt agree with that so i started to question them, well i guess the doc didnt like being questioned so she told the nurse to give me my money back after they already stuck me. I wil never be returning to this mess of a doctors office, this the type of place to get people ls bloodwork mixed up, be careful yall!

Dr Liu and her staff are amazing! She’s been our family’s PCP for 23 years, I’ve referred many coworkers and friends to her practice over the years, and everyone has been satisfied with her services. You can schedule appt same day, get all your tests and labs done in the office and get prescriptions filled at the time of your visit. Highly recommend!

The front office is not professional. Scheduled a follow up appointment with doctor during check up but not sure about the time. Give them my new insurance on Tuesday and asked them to verify. They said someone will check and confirm my appointment on Thursday, the day before the appointment. No one reached out until 1: 30 pm. Decided to call in and confirm, and found the office was closed on 12: 30pm. Besides, the front office is not patient answering questions like where is the pen for filling the form. Have to find another doctor.

My mom and I have been with Dr. Liu for years since I was in middle school (I’m in my mid-20’s now) and have many complaints about her. The complaints from other reviews about referral issues is not far off from what I’ve experienced. I’ve had to call the office a number of times to make sure that they’ve sent the referral, and have had an instance where my insurance did not accept some of the specialists that were suggested. Those in the front office are rude in-person and on the phone and have even hung up on me while I was placed on hold. Dr. Liu rushes her time with you and it’s as if she does not take your pain/issue seriously. She brushes off the problem and gives some type of explanation for it. You have to be insistent for her to listen to you. I’ve noticed that there is not a clear line of communication between the workers as your passed off from one to the other. If I mention something to the new person I’m handed off to, they act as if they have no idea what I’m talking about. My latest visit has only made me realize that I need to find a new doctor!

This PCP was assigned to us by the insurance but when I called to make appointment front office says they don’t accept insurance (very strange). They didn’t even bother to check my insurance details, if you don’t want to take a particular insurance then why get credentialed and why are you open to accepting new patients through that insurance. Atleast could have offered direct pay option. Ridiculous

Very poor experience. Rushed with me and did not consider to my privacy and feelings. Jumped straight to conclusions and provided 0 regards to when disclosing information. Shocked at the service and their ways of doing things around here with their patients. Will definitely not be returning here.

Dr. Liu is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She caught the cancer I had before anyone else even thought to consider it. She saved my life. Had I not moved to Central Texas several years ago, she would still be my doctor.

Would not recommend.they treated me like a child as an adult going there. Not great and jumps to conclusions and more I will not discuss here, but I truly do not recommend going here and will not be returning.

I thought it was going to be a good experience at the beginning, but it is not. I needed two referrals and they didn’t process them. I had to call them like 7 times and everyone reassured me that they had already sent and processed, but they didn’t. When they finally did they sent the wrong information to my specialist. Doctor Liu, is rude and condescending she doesn’t even look at you in the face. She doesn’t explain to you what your health problem is. When I ask questions her only answer is it’s ok, it’s ok. I have paid my copayment multiple times, for her to talk to me for only 2 minutes and send me home. Front desk has put my phone calls on hold and wasted hours of my time, and I need to call several times before I could talk with anybody, it is very frustrating. I definitely don’t recommend this facility to anyone.

This is the worst office I’ve ever had to deal with. My mom is a patient and she asked me to help her get a couple of referrals, because she had been waiting for them for over a month, and they wouldn’t send them! The staff here is rude and doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. They ended up sending partial information to the specialist and when we called the specialist, they said they only received a fax with my mom’s name and phone number, not even the reason for the referral. Then they referred my mom to a doctor that wasn’t even in her insurance network. We ended up having to ask the doctor to mail out the referral to our house, so my mom could see the specialist. When I spoke with the doctor to explain our frustration, she kept placing me on hold for over 20 minutes at a time, and when she would answer again, she would just repeat what we already knew. She is so rude and doesn’t even let you talk, and she even hung up on me while I was talking. They will take your copay and your insurance’s money, and they won’t do their job. They don’t care if you need medical attention, or if you don’t feel well. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
