Dr. David M. Yates, El Paso TX

I most definitely recommend the service that Dr. Yates provides. Not only does he make you feel comfortable, but he reassures you and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. I underwent jaw surgery a couple months ago and he made everything go very smoothly. Not only does he explain what he’s doing but also ensures you’re okay with the procedure, as well as the outcome of the procedure. He is always in your best interest, as well as always being in the best mood making you feel welcomed and makes your visit enjoyable. I absolutely love the results and had no complications during or after the surgery. Having the procedure done was the best decision I’ve made and I am very thankful for Dr. Yates.

I am eternally grateful for Dr. Yates. From day 1, him and his staff have been absolutely amazing. He is such a wonderful human being with passion for his profession. Love pours out of this man’s pores! He has made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything that my daughter has gone through and will go through in the future. Dr. Yates is so amazing it's hard to even know where to begin! We feel SO BLESSED that he was part of the team who performed endoscopic surgery on our 3.5 month old son for saggital craniosynostosis. The results are amazing and we can not imagine having chosen other surgeons. He treats each patient as an individual and thinks outside the box to make sure each patient has the best results possible. Dr. Yates is so incredibly kind, patient and welcoming. He truly listens to your questions and concerns and takes time to discuss anything you need - he never makes you feel rushed or like you are just another patient/family he needs to deal with. Not only is he an insanely talented surgeon, he's an amazing human being. He has an incredible heart that shines through in all of his interactions. He cares so deeply for his patients and has such a heart for kiddos. He goes above and beyond in communicating with you - so much so that he is willing to give his personal cell phone # so you can reach him with any questions or concerns. What kind of doctor- nevertheless surgeon- does that? !? I've never received that kind of personalized care from anyone else. And he does it with joy. We are so, so thankful for everything he has done for our family. We travelled from Minnesota to El Paso to have surgery with him and would do it again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr Yates!

Dr. Yates is the best. Great communication with patients. He has a way of making kids feel comfortable and calm during procedures. He always makes sure to take his time with each patient. So even if there’s a little wait, it’s worth it because you know he’s taking time with each individual patient, not just rushing to get done. The staff is fantastic at the office as well. Very patient and understanding. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yates is a amazing doctor. He helped me with my tooth extraction as well as helping me with my left cleft. He really did help me with my nose and how I feel about my appearance, im able to breathe from my nose fully. He really is the best!

I’ve felt blessed to have my daughter be in Dr Yates care. From the very first day he and his staff were incredibly welcoming. He has gone out of his way to ensure we have answers to any and all questions and followed up regularly with us to ensure everything healed nicely after the procedure.
