If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk made me pay before I even had appointment saying "she was getting off soon and wanted to tab out"! Always see a female NP, during my visit they had me see a male doctor without consent and ALSO had a male intern (also w/o consent) in the room as well, needless to say I was VERY uncomfortable. Appointment was less than 10 minutes and male doctor flat out told me "stop gaining weight". Worst experience ever! Then arrived at pharmacy and prescriptions were not sent and office was closed for the day. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I’m so upset with my experience. My appointment was at 9am and they called me the day before to tell me that they moved my appointment from Garland to Rowlett and instead of me coming at 9 i needed to come at 1: 30. I get here at 1: 15 it is now 3: 15 and i still have not seen the doctor. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

Worst woman clinic out there specially when it comes to communication. Was asked to go in to simply get asked how my b.c was working when they could’ve called, wasted my time from work and money having to pay a copay. Was told they would send my pharmacy a full years worth of b.c and they never got it, they had 1 month. Called the clinic to get the rude answering service and was told to call them after 2: 15 because apparently they are out of the office for lunch from 12-2. Called back and was told they would send it, went back to my pharmacy and was told they have not received anything and it was more expensive to get the one refill I could get than getting a 3 month supply. Called once again and was told the nurse would send it and text me to let me know, which she did but never sent my prescription. Third times the charm right? ! I called the office one more time to get the answering service at 11: 50 and was told they were already on lunch to try later and hung up, great! I love the customer service y’all have. I have tried calling several times to just get a message saying their voicemail inbox is full. They really need to get organized and actually do their jobs. I ended up paying more than i should have for one month supply because they never sent my prescription and I was already behind two days. I’ll be looking for another obgyn, maybe one that does not promote their other services like weight loss programs or beauty treatments.
