I had an appointment scheduled months in advance to become a patient here. I finally had my appointment today and couldn’t see the doctor because “I cannot have visitors” per the unfriendly receptionist. My “visitor” was my young child. I was also informed at the time of my visit that the lobby is closed so she couldn’t stay there. I really wish this information was disclosed prior to the appointment.

Dr. Bruckerhoff and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. She takes time to listen to your needs and ensures that you understand treatment plans. Moreover, Emily, Antonia, and Riley are professional in performance of their tasks, while making you comfortable and welcome at the same time. I highly recommend Dr. Bruckerhoff and her staff.

I have really enjoyed Dr. Bruckerhoff, she listened to my concerns and immediately took action. I never feel rushed out of the office until I am satisfied with the treatment plan. The staff is great as well. Emily and Antonia always greet me with a smile and professional courtesy. Highly recommend.

PSA: Do NOT use Dr. Denise Bruckerhoff ever! That office is such a SCAM! In March, I decided to start seeing an internist since I had such a great experience with the internist I had 15 years ago. So I find one that is covered on my insurance and the first appointment is a “new patient” appointment- meaning I gave my whole family history and my medical history over a course of 20 minutes of talking to staff and about 10 minutes talking to the dr. My insurance was charged $644 for that- when nothing else was done AT ALL. I wasn’t sick. No labs, no prescriptions written.nothing except them taking notes in a computer! My part was $119.19 for them to take notes on me. Only to be then declined as a patient because 2 months later they asked if I had a PCP… I thought they meant a clarification of my history… I told them the doctor I was seeing before. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying they’ve cancelled me as one of their patients because I had Dr “X” as my PCP. I’m on a PPO, I don’t have to have a PCP on my plan identified. But instead of clarifying the situation… I get a letter. (They just wanted a quick $644 without really doing any work!). Ugh - let me repeat - DO NOT USE Dr. Bruckerhoff!

Best Doctor I have ever had. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I have referred all of my family and friends to her. Absolutely love her and her staff!

I am so dissatisfied with this office. She wants to see my husband every 3 months.why? She saw him in April and won’t refill a prescription which he has been taking for 20 or more years.before moving here he had his blood work checked once a year no problem. She didn’t like that he didn’t come back in October.but that was only to talk about a sleep study.he had a cancellation for a COVID conference call in July not on our part, but her method of teleconference failed, which we tried for 45 min.she ended it, not him.and so instead of refilling his prescription she’d like him to go to an urgent care facility and they will refill it. What? Our fricking doctor won’t take care of us until the end of January! And actually it will be longer than that because who knows if the labs will actually get done that day.she’ll probably talk about COVID for 45 min and then have him schedule his blood work on another day and then on top of that, wait for another 2-4 weeks to get blood work back. So essentially she’s saying it’s better to run out of meds and have a gout attack and then we have something to talk about. I’m finding us a new doctor. I think she’s set the bar pretty low and pretty much any doctor would be better at this point. I have zero confidence in her.
