Excellent service as always. Did a great job with spray in bedliner and detailing truck. Chris gave me a great deal and gave me an accurate timeline of when it would be ready.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! David was very professional and helpful with what to expect for my car detailing. I have a dog and she loves to shed in my car. He was able to get all of the hair out of the car and even the dog smell! My car looks brand new and the service is totally affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone! Jose, the manager, was also wonderful and detailed with the service.

Dropped my car off with Dr. David for interior detail that was much needed and was very impressed with the result. Felt like I was driving a new car home. Thank you all at Dr.detail for the excellent job!

I’ve never had my car look this good on the inside. Smoke and dogs being in and out put a toll on the car but they made it look/smell brand new. Highly recommend!

It’s like I have a brand new car! These folks are top notch. They even took me to work while I waited for my car to be done. The customer service is outstanding. I will most definitely be back. They aren’t cheap, but the quality of the work is worth every penny!

They don’t honor their website rockchip repair price of $34.95 (4/4/19). Price when you get there is $49.95. I won’t be back!

Took in my car to get all my car windows tinted and they did an amazing job! They care about the customer and are trustable people! The prices are affordable and definitely recommend this place!

Had my front interior deep cleaned and was given the opportunity to bring it back because I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of one seat. They took it and went back over it with no hesitation. This is service catered to the clients. Thanks guys!

I rented a 12 person Ford Transit van for a family reunion. We drove all the way to Indiana and back. The van was completely full. Plus we had 3 dogs. We had the van for several weeks. Because it was a rental there was a fine if it had dog hair. Dr. Detail completely saved me from the fine. There was absolutely no dog hair when I returned it. It looked brand new inside. Thank you Dr. Detail. Your AMAZING!

I paid $100 for a small rock chip on my windshield which was $49.95 and a $40 car wash. My windshield looks great where the chip was, but my car looks like it wasn’t even washed. Still had dirt on the hood and back of the car, also the wash didn’t come with vaccuming and whoever fixed my windshield left gravel and white powder in my car. Not very impressed.

This will be the second time they called me and cancelled my Mobil detail service at the time they were supposed to be here. I made the appointment a day in advance because I need this vehicle for a event at night and I work in the day. Basically he told me he got busy I told the guy on the phone the brother of the owner so what your telling me is you dropped a appointment and left me hanging because your busy and don’t have time for your customers that make appointments. That’s bad business I will never use this service again. I will also tell everyone I know what they did.

Like a dummy I left some food in the car that went bad while on vacation. Came back to a snack back with rotten cheese and fruit some of which managed to leak out and onto the back seat of my small crossover SUV making it smell like hot garbage. Talked to one of the owners who quoted me $25 for a SPOT CLEANING with a steam cleaner, but just in the area, not the whole seat.

I drop my car off with Don who was quick and attentive. I showed him the general area where the issue was and he said they'd take care of it. Time wasn't an issue as I work very close, but I'd say I got a call approximately two hours after dropping it off. I didn't expect the smell to completely go away, but they did a great job of cleaning the area AND the entire seat (not just one spot as told originally) to ensure that they got the most they could out of the seat.

For this small cleaning I'd say I'm very satisfied and would try them again in the future for the same or more.

Took my van in to get shampooed and when I got it back I was very disappointed. I got it home and the exterior was scratched by my back doors. Then when I go to put my seats up in the back, pieces are missing from the bottom. There are also pieces that they put in the pockets in the doors instead of putting them back where they belong. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I am NEVER disappointed after having our cars detailed here. We have been using them for 7 years.

Called ahead to make sure there was time to get my car detailed, they said to bring it in. I told them my boyfriend was bringing it and what type of vehicle so there was no confusion, and the service I needed. He arrived 5 to 7 mins later to be told no. Listed online they close at 5. He arrived at 4: 40. If they stop taking cars at a certain time, it needs to be listed. The fact I even called to make sure, is even more frustrating.

I unfortunately let the name fool me, but this is just a car wash. Don’t get me wrong: They may be friendly, but detailers they are not. Complete detail, advertised on their website for $130, actually costs $175 and it’s only a hand wash. Ended up not charging me an additional $100 originally quoted (a discount I did not ask for) after failing and subsequently refusing to buff the paint and apply hard paste wax. Took them barely a little over an hour to do the alleged ‘Complete detail’, which constituted a red flag in and of itself, with the results being accordingly disappointing.

When I first came here, I had high expectations since the reviews were good for the most part. I got am external and interior detail done. For the price of $125-$135, you would expect the job to get done right. However, they did not wipe all of the wax off my car. They left multiple spots which turned hazy white and stick out like a sore thumb. I would expect this out of a $30-$50 job, but not for their prices. I will not be back

Been here 3 times and the first time I was greeted and told that it would be an hour and half before they could get to my vehicle. 2nd time I went I was told that they had a short staff that day and asked if I just wanted a quick wash, (declined). Went today 8-17-17 at 10: 30am and waited behind another truck for 20 Minutes and was never greeted or approached by any staff. I will never go back!

Been here twice with cars that have suffered the effects of kids. And they do a great job restoring the car. They do such a great job cleaning the interior and getting stains out of the fabric.
