7Dr. Perez is the best, he was my doctor when I was a teenager he is absolutely the best right choice I pick for my kids. ️
My children have been seeing Dr. Perez for 4 years now and he’s been amazing with them. He’s always attentive, he listens, and he’s proactive. My son is usually very shy but he feels comfortable in Dr. Perez office and feels comfortable communicating with him. Dr. French has also seen them on short notice for a sick day. They’re good about getting same day sick appointments too. Any referrals we’ve needed for specialty care have been easy to obtain and done quickly.
Phone and in office hold times can be lengthy at times, most staff had been pretty good to deal with lately. We were not happy when Dr Perez went under Centro Med, he had been my sons Pediatrician since birth (12 yrs and my 9 y/o), but what could we do? Main complaint would be that decor of the office seems cheap now and trashy at times. Our boys love him and my husband and I feel the same. He answers all your questions and concerns and is great with kids. We are moving to Austin and "plan" to keep him as Pediatrician. Couldn't ask for a better Dr!
He's my sister's kids doctor an I been w her to some appointments an wow he's just amazing, knows all the kids names an is very personable. You can tell Dr Perez loves his job. I've always said when I have kids I will be coming here!
I love doctor gabriel perez, but it is so hard to get anyone to answer the phone. I have not been successful in getting a response from the culebra office. When i need an appt i have to call the downtown office, which i think ia ridiculous. My daughter has been waiting on therapy referrals to be signed and returned, and its like pulling teeth. Its a shame that i am considering a new provider just because of the officr staff. And when i mention it to the staff, they coule care less.
My kids have been seeing Dr. Perez for over 10 years, he cares for his patients and I highly recommend him. Staff is nice, it could be a little cleaner and organized especially with the phones not answering.
All staff is unbelievably rude. I had ordered my sons asthma medication multiple times over the past three months, they call to let me know it’s been ordered and NOTHING! God forbid something happen to my son because he doesn’t have his medication due to you and your staffs negligence! I called to get my sons medications from his asthma action plan and Nothing!
