3If I could give less than one star I would. I came in with a very painful sore throat I’ve had for over two months. Dr Gary Nanez did not take me seriously- made a very inappropriate comment, misdiagnosed me and sent me on my way with no answers… 2 weeks after my appointment with him, I desperately went to the urgent care to get answers because my pain was getting worse… I am now dealing with a severe case of tonsillitis that may require an emergency tonsillectomy- I have never been so mistreated by a professional. This doctor lacks real empathy. Do not go to him. Do not bring your loved ones.
I have seen Dr. Nanez for many years. I was very disappointed! He was in a rush and didn’t do a good job in explaining the procedure. I was in a lot of pain! He was walking out the door and repeating the instructions. I will definitely look for another ENT doctor.
I would give him and his assistant 0. Both marched into the room, and walked out, in one minute! Gary Nanez promised to order some prescription meds, never done so! $465 charges for the appointment were posted right away, though. The follow-up appointment was scheduled right away, but no med, no visit summary! This is clear malpractice case.
