Both the PA and Dr. Kostohryz were both helpful the two times I visited. Informative and explained my problem. The staff was very sweet. I would recommend.

Took my special need clients in there & they were VERY rude & impolite towards them! Very disappointed and unsatisfied!

Extremely friendly polite staff and doctors. My son who hates needles is on his 2nd yr of allergy shots and they have been so warm and friendly with him that he no longer has an issue. They doctors are very thorough and explains everything very well

I've never had a bad experiance here. I really love the Dr and PA and they helped my 5 year old son. I am next to see the Dr for Nasal Polyps. Some of the reviews below really have me shaking my head. The staff was so great when we went a few weeks ago! Definitely recommend.

I have only needed to see thre audiologist & Scott O'Leary is wonderful. Been seeing him for quite a few years. One star rating is for trying since Feb to get my money back that was paid upfront. My insurance ended up covering half the claim & my refund is over $125.00. They run the business on patients dollars. Don't bother with this office. There are plenty of others who care about you in all aspects of the visit and want you to return. This is not one of them. I am moving on.

The Bad: Patient from Feb 2018 to now. Don’t waste your time giving this Dr.your precious money as he is very careless about that. There’s Dr. Kostohryz and PA James Rodriguez at this practice. They DO advertise that if you want to see Dr. Kostohryz it would have to be only on Tuesdays. So, as a patient I decided that I wanted to see the DOCTOR and NOT THE PA (for no particular reason.just my choice.nothing personal against PA Rodriguez), and I made that known during my second visit in which they told me that I was going to see the Dr Kostohryz but ended up seeing the PA on a Tuesday. I told them and they fixed the problem up until today (7/9/19). They wanted me to see the PA during my second post op follow up appointment and I politely asked to see Dr. Kostohryz as planned, their reply was that Dr Kostohryz was not available. My reply was OK, I would like to get a copy of my records, I would like to get a refund for the copay they ilegally charged me at check-in (got a refund), and that this would be reported to my insurance company as false advertisement. The nurse told me to wait. All of the sudden Dr. Kostohryz (“the unavailable doctor”) shows up very angry and butt hurt because I refused to see HIS PA. Asking me how would I feel if I was the PA and a patient refused to see me. Telling me that I am unpleasable because I chose to see him (the Doctor) and wouldn’t see his PA. Denying his “Tuesday only” advertisement. Telling me that he’s got FOUR JOBS and the this job (ENT) is the LEAST paying one, and that the only reason he comes in is to “please the patients”. Four jobs? Really? Maybe getting rid of one of those four jobs would free up some time to see your patients more often. Chances are that you’ll see him with his feet up on his desk and talking on the phone, and dog sitting on Tuesdays (this might be his definition of “unavailable”)

The good: I had zero issues with the nurses, administration, and front desk. Sharia, Pam, and Daina were great and did everything they could to help me; but you can only do so much when you have a “boss” like Dr. Kostohryz over you.

Don’t waste you time and money; go somewhere else.

I have been taking my daughters to see Dr. Kostohryz for 11 years. He has done three surgeries on them and they all went wonderfully. We have been going weekly for allergy shots and the office staff is amazing and helpful. James, Jeanna, Diana and Iris are a pleasure. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
