I wrote a review over my November 2ed. Visit. That review took place prior to my past two visits. I am hereby stating my apology for the review. Upon my past 2 visits - I have seen a consistent pattern of a desire to do her best possible work.realize now that Dr. Martinson strives for perfection. I now give her full credit in the area of striving for perfection in her work. She has strong convictions to achieve perfection.

Not interest in pushy dental care. Tried to negotiate due to my finances and I never got a call back from the office. Left with the promise that the billing office had to negotiate my care with the Dr first. They never returned my calls.

Dr. Martinson is easily the most talented, caring dentist I have ever experienced! Her technique is virtually pain free and her goal is perfect easthtic! You teeth will never look better! Thank you Heather and all your team!

The best dental clinic I have ever been. Dr. Martinson is fabulous, kind, and generous. All staffs are friendly, kind, welcoming. Great experience every visit.

Absolutely loved Dr. Martinson - such a great dentist. I switched from a previous dentist because every time I visited, it seemed liked like we only talked about money. I realize it’s a business, but I could easily see how he paid for this fancy sports cars that he parked in front. I digress…

I was very honest when I moved over to Dr. Martinson on why I switched. The office team here was most accommodating, knew you by name and always made you feel comfortable. Something changed, and so did I. The front desk team was still amazing, but I saw more and more new faces that no longer knew you by name. The financial meetings became more and more frequent. I had a $30K treatment plan, and after 2 treatments, I inquired how much I had left… surprise… it was still $30K. Why you ask? ! I was told that their prices increased. It definitely feels like the old dentist office that I moved from. Then there are times when I get bills mailed to my house. Why did I pay all that money in the office, only to get billed more later.

Again, she is a lovely dentist. You will love her - just expect to be a number versus being treated like a customer.

Dr. Martinson resurfaced and realigned my two (2) upper front teeth perfectly, so now my smile is the best in many years. Normally, I do not post, but in this case it is well deserved!

I love the office staff and dr martenson! I had a tooth removed and a dental implant. I was stressed about the procedure. They encouraged me and and made feel comfortable having the procedure. Thank you everyone.

I've been a patient of Dr Martinson for over 30 years. She and her team have always provided and taken excellent care of me and my teeth.

Over the years we've been to a lot of dentists in Arlington. This practice is simply the best experience we've ever had. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and professional.

All staff members are polite from the minute you walk in the door I felt very comfortable after my first appointment. Stephanie It's wonderful Listen and answer your questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Martinson for a very long time……. And I am one of those patients that have bad anxieties about dentists, procedures and needles in my mouth; this office ALWAYS has made me feel absolutely comfortable and cares about my anxiety and well being. Every person in her office team are the most kind, caring and fun individuals ever. I always leave that office with a smile. I recently had one of my ceramic crowns break off at the neck of the tooth underneath, I mean I had a huge gap where my tooth was, I talked funny and looked funny. I called the office and spoke with Jennifer and explained what happened and they got me in the office as soon as possible. They temporarily bonded my broken tooth to the ones on either side of the crown and I am coming back this week to get a bridge to fix it. I am ever so grateful for Dr. Martinson’s expertise and knowledge with regards to my teeth, giving me as many options available in taking care of them, and answering any questions or concerns that I may have. I highly recommend and will always give this office high praise in their care…. And I am and always will be grateful thank you all.

I booked a first patient appointment with a cleaning and needed to reschedule. I called the office 30 mins prior as a courtesy and the lady I spoke with informed me I needed to pay $150 to “secure” my next appointment. Humor me with your lack of morals to the care and well being of your future and current patients. This is disgusting and demonstrates how repulsive the health care industry can be. I would never trust that the health of my teeth and oral hygiene in a facility that’s more concerned about money and health. Please seek care with a patient driven care. God bless.

A great dental office in Arlington. Everyone is friendly and caring and seeks to bring you a professional dental experience. They can also take care of root canals, implants and other dental issues in house.
