5Prompt professional sincere medical care! I hate needles but the whole process was over so quick I was impressed
I have nothing but positive experiences to share about Dr. Jack Thomas and his orthopedic clinic. I've used many orthopedic doctors over the years. The past 20 years or so have been with only one orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Thomas' compassion for his patients show in his bedside manner and his willingness to listen and help find a solution to my problem. From fractured wrist, tibia, torn rotator cuff, knee replacement and hip issues his office is one call away and an appointment with a excellent, experienced, positive doctor and a caring, friendly office staff.
I saw Dr. Thomas regarding knee issues which were addressed and taken care of by him. He was very compassionate, caring, and thorough with my care. He also performed surgery to repair a fractured hip for my mom. Her surgery was a huge success and she recovered great from the surgery and she was very pleased with him.
Recently started seeing Dr Thomas for my knee pain, he has done a great job in helping with my pain. His office staff is also amazing and nice. I’m on my 2nd week of injections and showing a great improvement in my pain.
This guy is apparently one of the few workers comp doctors I could work with, and boy do I wish I could've gone somewhere else. Today was my (hopefully) last visit with him; when I told him I was still in pain from my injury and could really use pain medicine while I continue in PT, this guy *literally* laughed at me and thereafter ignored my concern. Then when I was expressing to the office manager how I didn't appreciate being laughed at, he came around to the front counter and said firmly and loudly, "we're not filling it. " Empathy, compassion, and care are NOT in this guys vocabulary. Not to mention the visit I has with him prior he had me waiting over two hours with no real explanation as to why. I understand being late but sheesh, that should've just been a reschedule at that point! Don't recommend him AT ALL unless you're a glutton for punishment, then you've found the right guy!
