Dr. Jaecel O. Shah, MD reviews
16Dr Shah quickly diagnosed and removed malignant tonsils which had caused a cancerous lymphoma in my wife's neck. His expertise and quick action could have very well saved her life. At a minimum her subsequent treatment will be more focused and better tolerated.
In this COVID-era we’re living in, I’m here to tell you, this office makes you feel most comfortable and safe. You feel it the minute you walk through the door. The receptionist is most welcoming and friendly and the nurses are accommodating and caring. The office runs like a well oiled machine.punctual and precise. No waiting! Dr. Shah has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen. He thoroughly explained my condition to me and outlined the manner to treat it. I felt so at ease and there was no hurry or rush. I have visited other Texas ENT Specialists locations and they are all equally adept. You can trust your ENT problems with Dr. Shah. He is thorough and friendly and truly cares about your health and well-being. He and his team want you to feel better.
Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had to have a camera put down my nose. Even though it was scary at first, Dr. Shah made it completely painless. Not only was he wonderful, but his entire staff was also. Highly recommend him!
Dr Shah is s very compassionate doctor and I can’t speak highly enough about the care I have received from him for some very complex issues
I highly recommend Dr Shah. He is extremely personable, listens to my concerns and answers my many questions in person, by phone or through portal. I had multiple endoscopic procedures done two weeks ago. The results have been fantastic. He even called to check on me the evening of my procedures. A very caring and professional doctor. His staff is also very high quality both in Conroe and Springwood.
The staff here is very helpful, Dr Shah takes the time to talk to his patients and explains treatments that are available. I would/already recommended family and friends!
Dr Shah was very good. Explained everything the way you can understand. My husband had a mass removed and has had very little pain after thyroid surgery. Excellent before and after care. Definitely recommend.
Dr Shah is a very caring person. He took the time to answer all my questions. Staff very helpful
Dr. Shah was very thorugh explaining procedure, surgery was a none event. It was over in about a half hr.after numbing. I can finally breathe, after many years of suffering nights & sinus infections.
I strongly recommend Dr. Shah for any such procedure to anyone looking for comfort.
Dr Shah is a great ENT. Listens to you and explains procedures and makes sure your questions are answered! Highly recommend Dr Shah!
Dr. Shah is thorough and takes his time to explain everything that’s going on in a way that you can understand. I highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Shah was able to squeeze me in for earwax removal during a hearing test. Great job clearing my ears and giving me advice on how to keep my ears clear. Very professional and competent.
Dr. Shah takes the time you need to help you understand what's going on. He is very pleasant to talk to, he is very knowledgable, & most of all he seems to really care. He has sure made a difference in my life. He found my problems & is addressing them 1 at a time to make sure i get the care i need. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah.
Excellent ENT physician with great bedside manner. His office staff is highly trained and very efficient. We are new to his practice and very pleased to have found him so close to home.
A fantastic place to take care of ENT needs. They were so good (both the doctor and his office staff) on the surgery that was performed on me for a chronic sinus infection that we are moving our 7 years old to Dr Shah. A totally great experience.
Suggested unnecessary surgeries and performed a procedure that is outside of the scope of the consultation and did not disclose that at all to me that it was outside of the scope until I got the bill. Moreover, since when examining the throat of a patient by an equipment is NOT part of an office visit with a ENT specialist and needed to be charged separately, on top of the office visit which they charged the insurance hundreds of dollars already. If I want regular examination, I'll go to my family doctor. Complete and total ripped off. I do Not recommend this office and this doctor at all.
PS: to the owner, thanks for the response but I do not agree with the reason you gave. You're right, you have no control over how the "coding" appears or which procedures will be performed. That's the same response you gave to everyone who had this same problem. But you have absolute control over informing the patients on the possibility of having procedures that will be billed separately on top of the consultation and all the costs associated with them when the patients request a consultation. I was never informed of any of that and was assured when I requested a consultation that after the copay, everything will be covered. Nor was I informed of that when I checked in. Moreover, you said that using the endoscope is part of your regular examination, but then when I called the office and asked why that was billed separately, I was told that it is an additional procedure outside of the scope of regular visit that the doctor decided on. That's the words I was told by the office.
