2Dr. Kennedy did an amazing job on my son’s knee surgery. He takes the time to really explain the process every step of the way. He is very personable, and I highly recommend him!
I've been waiting for over two weeks to have a consultation scheduled for my son. Every time I call, I've had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to finally answer. There seems to be confusion and slowness about what steps have to be taken just to schedule a consult. It should not be so hard to schedule a consultation. Time is important when you are dealing with a potential surgery for a kid who is looking forward to his first year of high school football. This organization does not seem to put priority on patient interactions. If you are too busy, just say we are too busy and don't waste precious time.
