Certainly read this review! Then, Google lawsuits on him, and you will have lots to read on that.which apparently happened prior to my mom's issues.
At first, he can be charming, and you might feel you have a doctor who cares. But that's far from the truth! Each and every single visit you walk in ALL, he does, is JUST writes referrals to OTHER doctors. At first, I didn't think too much of it, but each 3 month check up and each visit, my mom received referrals to SO MANY OTHER DOCTORS. I started wondering EXACTLY WHAT does Bhangoo do.himself? He wrote her prescriptions. PERIOD, that's all he did himself. The list of referrals was so long that we had to start writing it all down to keep them straight. Why would you ONLY write prescriptions and JUST write referrals to ALL other doctors for every issue a patient had? Bhangoo never did 1 single thing for my mom other than his note pad! Maybe he doesn't really want to care for a people.who knows! Or is it it easier to send them off to other doctors. But he does get paid for your visit. Then my question is, exactly what kind of private deals are set up between the doctors he sends referrals to and him? Maybe nothing, but you do wonder. Now every doctor does give patients referrals, that's completely normal, but SO much and to this extreme leaves me question the motivates. Money is normally what motivates people. But here is the interesting thing, on moms last visit with Bhangoo, I straight up asked why so many referrals? One week later, my mom received a letter from Bhangoo stating he was firing her as his patient. I find the timing of my question to him.very interesting that he kicked mom to the curbside right after me asking that question. Apparently, I hit a touchy subject. Certainly, it sounds like it goes hand in hand with what I read on Google about him. Last but not least of his behavior, his letter stated he would continue helping her with her meds for 1 month until she found another doctor. My mom is diabetic and on antidepressants. Those are 2 drugs that CAN NOT be missed for my mother's health, and frankly, her life could be at stake. She needed refills within the first few days of being kicked to the curbside. The pharmacy told us he wouldn't approve them. There were some other meds but not as important as these. Mom had to call Bhangoo over and over before he finally called in the prescriptions like he promised. And by the way, she was OUT of her drugs for almost 2 weeks because of Bhangoo not doing as he promised in the letter.
Dropping antidepressants is very dangerous, and without diabetic meds.he knew that dangerous for her health. It took me 2.5 weeks to get into a new doctor and get an appointment. That is playing with my mother's health, and that to me was the lowest of lows! Who cares he wanted to part ways? Frankly, if he wasn't so fast to write the letter, we were going to replace him after that last visit anyway! But not giving her highly important prescriptions could have been a disaster! Another interesting fact. We had referred my aunt to Bhangoo a long time previous. We never told my aunt that Bhangoo kicked mom to the curb. The following week, my aunt told me she was looking for a new doctor. We asked why, and she told us that she was tired of being referred to all these other doctors and him doing nothing for her. She knew nothing about our drama with him. The sad part about my aunt.is that she is handicap, limited fixed income, no way to drive, and his continued referrals were costing her an arm and leg because she uses Uber.sucking up the little money she had. I wasn't going to write a review until you played with my mother's prescriptions, and that crossed the line of ethics as far as I'm concerned! To be clear, Bhangoo has never been my doctor, but I went with my mother to her appointments, so I know this information first hand.

Dr. Bhangoo and his assistants are wonderful but whoever answers his phone needs to be fired and is either severely incompetent or understaffed. You call and before you can say "hi" you hear "I'm putting you on hold" and 9.9 times out of 10, you're still on hold 7 or 8 minutes later. Needs a system that says leave your name and phone # and we'll call you back if the line isn't picked up immediately. Poor service in that regard.

Dr. Bhangoo is everything that I was looking for in a doctor. I turned 62 in January. I wanted to get a handle on my health. My previous doctors always seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Dr. Bhangoo spent the time to address all my concerns and make sure that all my questions were answered. I went in worried about at least 4 or 5 issues, and now I'm down to maybe 1 issue-and that's next. Dr. Bhangoo has a very calming and caring manner and is great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.
