Dr. Jay Chavda, MD, Houston TX

I never met the Dr, Jay, but the staff of this location sucks, you feel like you call to a food truck or a barber shop, I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and today they told me, who did you call to? I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place, because all the staff you will meet here supper rude, specially the ladies wow.

Same week same story. Come back next week and we try. Come back next week and we try. Done using this doctor. He has no clue what he is doing. I have never been to an ENT with this amount of “no clue what he is doing”

The worst experience in my life
Please don't spend your time and money at this place they have the worst organization if you call to ask for a document or labs results they said they have it and when you show up nobody knows anything, doctor Chavda ask for audition tests and for someone mistake, they request for balance test, and nobody was responsible for it
Also they charge $25.00 for your medical records

I did not feel confident with the knowledge of this ent doctor. I would go somewhere else for ear issues.

The Dr, his daughter & wife are VERY good. The 3 of them know exactly what they are doing. Memorial SW Dr.building is just fine & safe. (The general area is complete hood area - they did not cause this.) Office Staff- well its Houston & not a good area- so don't expect much out of them- pickins are slim & its shows. Get past the confused front office people & all will be good. PA is also real nice & helpful. So Proffesional Staff great- others- you decide. Very happy with allergy program.

Man this fkn rating system is not fair. I have never ever in my life meet an POS staff in my life. Like the one that exiest in Texas Houston. Am not going to details cause it will take ages to write what ent wrong in this average doctor abysmal office. If you have loved ones of you do care and love yourself. PLEASE PLEASE find you a better doctor with better staff.

I chose to ignore the previous reivews before i dealt with him. But now i confirming all the negative ones. If ONLY there was -5 stars to give this place.

Wait time was needlessly long, called us so many times and in the end said that we will not talk to your insurance about whatever procedure you need, you have out of pocket. Wasted months, do not recommend at all

My daughter has had a cough for almost a year.her pediatrician finally decided it was allergy related and sent us here. They ran alot of tests just for him to tell me it's absolutely NORMAL for children to cough FOR A YEAR and prescribed otc Mucinex. Complete waste of insurance money and time. The office staff are the most slow, rude humans I've ever interacted with. The wait time in the waiting room is insane even if you arrive early.

Waste of time, did alot of test for NOTHING! Just for him to say he dont know whats wrong! He has to be a cluck! Spend hours in the waiting room for a 3 min visit! Save your time

Overall experience was GREAT! Initially scheduled an appointment for hearing aid and evaluation for my mother. The appointment took longer than expected, however, the doctor was very precise and provided his undivided attention. The quality care far exceeds the wait time. They also are flexible and willing to expedite certain items/procedure, if needed. After the initial visit, it was a breeze on going to follow ups. Would recommend it for hearing aids for sure!

I have only been seeing Dr Chavda for about a month now, but I'm very glad that I have begun coming. Yes, many tests were done, thankfully so. Was able to find out that I sound like sandpaper when I talk due to polyps on my vocal cords. Had been like this for a few months and had been given two rounds of antibiotics and steroids for sinusitis. Glad to to know the real deal. I was also diagnosed with a hiatal hernia thanks to testing he ordered. Everyone in the office is kind and seems like I've known them forever, since they are so sweet.

I do not recommend this guy, he will waste your time.
I’ve tried twice with him to do a simple task of cleaning my ear. And both times he wants me to run a bunch of unnecessary testing because he “couldn’t see anything. ” Even though I just left my PC doctor and they saw that my ear was clogged and told me to go see a specialist and he was the closest. When confronted about why I need to take these tests he got very upset and never fully answered the question.

I went to another doctor to have someone clean out my ear, and they did it without a problem and without any unnecessary tests. And could plainly see that in fact my ear was clogged and fixed it right away.

Doctor Chavda is a scammer and I do not recommend him at all.

This place is the worse ENT i have ever been to. Run the other way. They’re still working on paper charts everything in the office is outdated felt I was stepping back into the 80s and the doctor is very unprofessional, if you ask any questions he gets upset and doesn’t know how fo explain himself. I took my mother to get her ear check and when I asked why he was requesting a CT he replied “ because thats what I said “. Being a RN with a BSN I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. His very rude and all the staff looks stressed.
