8Called today to see if I could schedule a covid vaccine, 1B, the office did not have a clue, told me to call memorial hospital. I thought they would be on top of such an important issue. Looking for a new provider
I have been going to Dr. Farrell for several months. She has been very
professional, She is a very good listener. He and I worked together as a team to get my medication right. She first appears a little quiet, but do not let that fool you. She is very detailed. I have not had any trouble with the staff, scheduling or getting my scripts filled.
I went to see Dr Farrell for back pain Dr pretty much ignored the reason I was there for.instead she wants to talk about the diabetes issue and literally made me inject the insulin knowing that medication has side effects that could aggravate the back pain even more like nausea and more. I will quit this Pearland practice for sure.
Sorry 1 star because I am feeling
Dr. Farrell has treated my family and me for more than five years. I recommend her to anyone seeking a solid, knowledgable GP.
Stay away from this Doctor and the clinic for which this doctor belongs at 1500 S Dairy Ashford Rd. Extremely rude and incompetent personnel, Doctor is very unresponsive, lifeless, not interested in the patient at all. I walked away from this clinic to never comeback Regina Illick
My wife and I were trying to find a primary care physician and we came across this provider via the online help provided by her insurance. When we called to ask about if they were accepting new patients and if we could set up an initial appointment we were asked to hold so we agreed. We were on hold for 8 minutes so we thought we had been forgotten about and called back; again we were placed on hold for another 5 minutes and while this is not a lot of time since we had already experience a longer hold time, we hung up and tried once more. On the third attempt when asked if we could hold I stated no in hopes that I would be able to speak with someone, the attitude of the receptionist was very poor. Here is a quote of what she said to me before I hung up. " If you don't hold and keep calling back we will just keep putting you on hold. We just opened and have a lobby full of people so you will have to hold. "
Dr. Farrell has been my Doctor for many years now and has done an excellent job taking care of me. I have many complications and she has kept abreast of all of them. The staff is very caring and professional also.
