Dr. Jill A. Gramer, DO, Lake Worth TX

Dr. Gramer is the best, she sees my husband and I and our 4 kids and she is absolutely amazing. We switched over from a different provider and I am so happy that we did, their office hours are convenient and all of their staff is friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend them.

Was charged a $45.00 fee for "behavioral change counseling" that my insurance thankfully covered. My visit was for after care treatment for covid, so not sure how behavioral change counseling even applied. I don't go to the doctor often so maybe outlandish fees like this are normal and I've just been living under a rock. Aside from this the office was pleasant and Dr. Gramer helped me feel much better with the prescriptions and breathing treatment.

Dr Gramer had referred me out to a Orthopedic Dr but some how there was a mixup on how the referral was entered, needless to say they wouldn’t book me unless the referral said right leg instead of left! Long story short, Courtney got everything fixed with my insurance, called the Othro Dr to get things rolling for me and then, Called me back to say, it was all straighten out and that should be calling me or I could call them back to schedule my appointment! Appointment scheduled for tomorrow! Thank You for your professionalism and word! I so appreciated it more than you know!
