Best ENT doctor and practice in El Paso! Dr. Arango is so patient with kids and we thoroughly have enjoyed having him as our daughters doctor for ear issues.

I had a procedure done and with Dr. Arango’s great bedside manner, I felt at ease, comfortable and confident that I would be taken care of. Iris at billing, also made me feel comfortable with details on how payment and future payments were going to take place. I am recommending Dr. Arango and staff to anyone who needs his services.

Gabby Gonzalez I was there this Monday when you walked in. My Kids and I have been long time patients of Dr. Arango I heard the conversation you had with the front desk. Why don’t you tell everyone that you were rude and tried to lie. Tell them that you can’t see Dr. Arango because they don’t take your insurance. You are just angry and scorned trying to ruin some one’s reputation and their job because you didn’t get your way. Dr. Arango is an excellent Doctor. His staff is great specially the blonde with fake blue eyes. She always has a smile and greets everyone something that not all Doctor’s office do. She is very helpful and you would know if you had better insurance. You trying to get her fired was very low.

I wasn’t able to see the Dr. Arrango, But I will tell you I had a horrible experience with the front desk clerks. One of them in particular that is blonde with fake blue eye is extremely rude and doesn’t help Dr. Arango’s patients. He really needs to reconsider on who he hires to help and greet his patients. Will not be going back after that experience.
