I am so happy that I found Athena Family Medicine and Dr. Vo. He has a great manner with patients.

Upon entering the office I was warmly greeted by the office staff. The nurse who took my vitals was very attentive. Dr Vo's medical assistant was very professional. Dr. Vo was warm and kind and very easy to talk to. He was genuinely concerned about me and the reason for my visit. This was my first visit and I felt very much at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Vo! I have been going to Dr. Vo for over a year now. I started going to him for pre-surgery check-up and testing. I have been back several times for small illnesses and check-ups. I really do like him. He is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. His nurses are always prompt and kind. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The front desk girls' English can be a little difficult to understand at times, but I just ask them to repeat it. Whatever their secret is to scheduling, they need to teach to the rest of the world. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5-10 mins in the waiting room. The office is always clean and orderly. The only thing that bothers me is being made to pay before seeing the doctor. I guess they are all doing this now, but I find it irritating. It also may be because I pay cash. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Dr. Vo!

So I usually don’t write reviews but Dr. Vo is very exceptional. He’s the kind of doctor that talks to patients, takes the time to listen and most importantly, he is pretty accurate in his diagnosis. I love that he doesn’t force any medications down your throat but he offers alternates options and gives great advices before settling down on prescription, and I’m not a fan of conventional medicine, and Dr. Vo always delivers! Again, he is exceptional! Also, I love that he doesn’t rush in rush out like every other doctors. We actually get to see the doctor and not just the nurses. All his front desk staff are super helpful and very friendly. My whole family have been seeing Dr. Vo since 2016 and we won’t be switching PCP any time soon.

As always Dr. Vo and his staff are professional and cordial. Over the years I've come to think of Kevin as a caregiver and friend.

I'll add to this by complimenting the staff at Athena for their responsiveness and professionalism. I've been going through some tough times this past year. Dr. Vo and his staff have lightened this burden with their compassion. I highly recommend Athena Family Medicine. They've cared for my entire family.

Dr. Kevin Vo is my PCP. He listens very well and uses his experience and knowledge to improve my life.
The staff in his office are punctual and friendly. They perform their tasks as if I am important to them.
I am very happy with Dr. Vo and his office.

He is a really good Dr. He really takes quality time with his patients. His staff is always so courteous and helps accommodate your needs.

Be careful! They make you come on multiple visits so that they can keep charging you a co pay or deductible whether they did help or not. Would not recommend.

I requested dr. Vo to get a chest X-ray, and I asked him and his assistant if the hospital was in my network for my insurance and they responded yes. I pay $200 a month on my insurance btw. I went went to the hospital and paid my co pay $150 the lady in the front desk inform me that my insurance coverd it for the X-ray. Yesterday I get a call from my insurance that notifying me that the hospital was not in my network and owe additional $550! Hopefully this appeal will prevent me to pay this amount! I do not recommend this clinic just poor communication.
