Dr. Kumar MD, Frisco TX

I have travelled globally and had many pediatrics for my kids and without doubt Dr Kumar has been the best. His approach to child health, Wellness care, medicine management, calming consultations is unmatched. My kids love to go back to him.

I love this doctor. Nurse and receptionist are all awesome.

I am Deaf and I was worried about not having an interpreter but they actually can communicate with me. If I don't understand them, they will write it down.

I am not the 1 to write reviews but for Dr. Kumar and his staff I feel obligated to write a review. We been seeing Dr Kumar for last 18 months since my daughter was born, i have never had to wait more then 5 minutes. His staff is awesome Rachel at the front desk is amazing she is always happy to help. Nurse Christy and Will are 2 of the best nurses I have met they are amazing at their job. Dr. Kumar spends time on answering any questions I may have and he goes over the growth chart, he gives each patient plenty of time which I really appreciate. Thank Dr. Kumar and team for taking care of our daughter.

Dr. Kumar has treated my boys since he first opened his practice (2010?). He is very intelligent and caring. Rachel always does a great job working them in when they are sick. He is conveniently located across from Spears Elementary, which was a big help when they had to leave school because they were sick—I’d head right across the street and have them checked out. As my oldest is 18, he is “aging out” as a patient and he will miss Dr. Kumar.

Dr Kumar is great doctor, he is always Available to help you on call, text and in person.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kumar with both my kids. His staff is amazing.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Kumar scheduled at 1pm. Showed up at 12: 40pm. Waited until 1: 45pm before going to a patient room. By the way, it is very weird to walk through a dental practice (His wife's practice) to get to your room. Waited until 2: 10pm in the room, and then notified the front office staff that if Dr. Kumar was not coming to see me in the next 5 minutes I was leaving and expected a refund. Communication is horrible. I wasted 1 hour and 35 minutes of my life waiting for a doctor that simply does not care. There was only one other patient in the office. Why does it take until 2: 15pm for a 1 o-clock appointment, and I still never got to talk with the doctor? Dr. Kumar joins the list of horrible Neurologist. Doctor Sheth in Frisco is just as bad. Find another Neurologist or just treat yourself because he definitely doesn't care.
