Unfortunately the front office staff is very incompetent and unreasonable when it comes to appointments. I got a text message asking to press Y to confirm or N to cancel and and I pressed Y, but when I showed up for my appointment they said it was cancelled because I didn’t confirm by phone when they called me at work.
