There’s a reason why he has 3.6 stars on health grades. He’s a very stubborn and difficult man to work with. Always short and very argumentative. If you’re looking for a dr who knows how to work with you and has good bedside manner, you may want to look for someone else.

I've been going to Dr. Pho for years now! Great guy, great family, and provides awesome services!

Dr. Pho takes time to listen, and tries to get you to do things that will make you healthy, rather than just giving medicine to cover symptoms.

Dr Pho does a great job. He always takes the time to explain things clearly. I never feal rushed or leave without getting my questions answered. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Pho personal care to each patient by himself. He want to make sure patient do not have to come back on second visit because he wanted to cure the treatment on the first visit.

I have been seeing DR Pho for 23 years. He is an excellent internist and very knowledgeable about the issues we have (lacking in the proper vitamins within our daily life) that will sustain ourselves with optimal health at all stages of life!

Dr. Pho is able to set an appointment for within a day or 2, which is wonderful. He listens to me, and responds with both an
"natural" medicine approach as well as a prescription, if needed. I find him interested and well informed. He is well versed in both "western" medicine and "eastern" medicine. His office responds quickly to my pharmacy for refill requests.

A competent professional and patient friendly service provider. Though our experience has been terrible as inspite clear indicators of A Fib episode, he neither referred us to Emergency not helped in seeing a cardiologist.he does not have enough staff neither helps/facilitate in securing appointments with specialists even if it's an urgent necessity.

Dr Pho always takes time to respond to any concerns or problems we may have. The office is always courteous and professional.

Doctor Pho is one of the best doctors I have met in the entire DFW metro area. He is very accurate in diagnoses and really listens to the patient. Another part that I love very much is that he respects the patient's time and attends me at the assigned time, administratively he is very organized too. I recommend him 100%

I would mark and avoid this office at all costs. My incorrect insurance was billed, and they flat out refused to make it right and bill the correct one. They went from saying “we can try and re-bill” to “no, it’s been too long, you owe us hundreds in cash… or you won’t be seen today. I drive an hour and a half to the office with three children in tow, to find out if I am dealing with cancer. This office is heartless and cruel. They extended no grace to a mother in fear for her health. I am do dissapointed and would avoid this office at all costs. They are profit focused rather than people focused, that is NOT who you want in charge of your health and well-being. The billing is a mess here… I went a year since my last appointment and have never once gotten a call or letter from the Dr.to tell me there was an issue with my billing and insurance. I am leaving today broken-hearted.

Dr. Pho really takes time to discuss everything concerning one’s health. I strongly suggest and recommend him if you’re looking for a doctor who cares about your health. He draws your blood, not an assistant. He talks to you one on one not a nurse practitioner. He looks at you in the eye and notices everything about your health when you visit him he can see. Now he’s not super friendly but he is extremely knowledgeable. I will take extremely knowledgeable over a really friendly doctor that’s not as smart. In my opinion from my conversation with him he was totally against everything the government and establishment did concerning Covid and the vaccines. He’s earned my respect and business.

Dr Pho is a professional person who treats the whole body, mental and physical. He asks lots of questions so he can give the correct diagnosis for each person. My husband and I have been seeing him for 7 years and I don’t go back to any Doctor I don’t like! Your in good hands with Dr Pho!

Dr pho is a great doctor and awesome guy. He is very knowledgeable and listens to you on your problems and needs. He does his own bloodwork himself in office which is great! I recommend Dr.pho to anyone looking for a doctor.
