Made the appointment two weeks ago. Arrived 40 min early just to be told “ whoever I made the appointment with pur it at the Sugarland location. Never said “sorry” or could work my patient in”. Gave me w card w Sugarland location and thats it. Really sad! I have over 15 patients that need to be seen. Bad for business. Dr Kaw I hope you read this review. Your schedulers need to do better.

Go to a place where the Doctors can really help you, they really didn't help me at all and the staff has no idea what they're doing.

Dr. Kaw is a good physician but his office staff are very unprofessional and disorganized. Which is why I won’t be back.

Great doctor but staff is terrible. There is no answering machine or online system to reschedule appointments or ask questions, and I have to dial multiple times to keep getting my call dropped. Very frustrating to not have an answering machine or a system that can put your call on hold so you can eventually speak to someone. When you finally do get through to someone they are incredibly short staffed so they are having multiple conversations over each other.

Doctors are good but the front office administration is not good. They are charging 3% convenient fees for any credit card transactions above $200. Is it against Texas law to collect convenient fees for credit card transactions? If there is a reimbursement, they won't pay the convenient fee back.

Dr M Kaw performed a great job of my son's ERCP in Oct 2015 to replace a temporary plastic stent to a permanent metal WallFlex biliary stent. Thank you, doc!
