I have been going to Dr García since about 2015 when I found out about my thyroid nodule. She always takes her time every visit and even does ultrasounds herself instead of sending me off to an imaging place. I really like this about her and it’s what’s different from other doctors I have been to. She doesn’t see me as a number and rushes off to the next patient

Perhaps one of the nicest and most caring group of medical professionals that I have seen in many, many years. The lady at the front desk was very patient with the incompetent staff from the Doctor who was sending my referral. And they actually took a significant amount of time talking with me on my first visit to obtain a clear understanding of my situation, and then develop a quality treatment plan. Other medical practices should use these folks as their standard for service and care!

The doctor and her nurse practitioner are wonderful! The medical assistants and front desk are very kind.

TERRIBLE STAFF who never calls back. Dr. Garcia and her PA are amazing at what they do. Unfortunately, her office staff is going to put her out business. I’ve left several messages, and have not gotten a hold of anyone. Do NOT waste your time and money at this office. The office staff is unprofessional and lacks a sense of urgency. It’s too bad because Dr. Garcia is such a smart doctor, but unfortunately who you hire and train is a reflection on you.

In my experience, a doctor's office will either have a horrid staff or a bad doctor. It is so rare to find an office with both a great doctor AND a fantastic staff. That is totally the case here! The office staff are absolutely amazing, the medical team top notch. But don't mess around if you are not serious, Dr Garcia won't take excuses and will absolutely call you out! Truly happy I found this practice, thank you all!

Dr. Garcia she is very sweet caring and very knowledgeable. I was so pleased with my virtual visit. I definitely recommend this place and also their staff are nice and very fast to getting things done. I like it

Update things have improved the doc put me on better medicine and she seems to better understand my situation I needed to comunicate more

I really love my Doctors they are both really kind and sweet. They are both very helpful and try to help me with my diabetes and the rest of the staff is very helpful and kind as well.

You are standing like sardines in a tiny waiting room. Never went back. Awful just awful.

The staff is great as well as the doctor's, but the office manager is pathetic, she is unprofessional and definitely does not care about the patients experience.
