Dr Rodriguez has been my doctor for close to 15 years and has always been friendly, easy to talk to and addressed any concerns I had with general care/annual wellness exams, sick visits and even specialty concerns I had. He is always prompt to see me once I'm in an exam room and rarely have I had to wait in the lobby for more than 10-15 min. He has also been great at promptly addressing my medication refill requests, when needed. The staff there at MacGregor Medical Center has always been friendly and helpful. Although the clinic is almost always busy and at times it takes waiting on the phone to get thru to a person, I feel like they do a good job concidering the number of patients they see on a daily basis.
Dr. Rodriguez is a caring physician who treats holistically. He listens and answers questions in a thorough manner. I highly recommend him.
