Calling to get a hold of the office for any reason is absolutely horrific. Twice I have had to wait several min before someone answered the phone. First time it was over 30 min, which made me late for my appointment as I needed driving directions to their secret bat cave. Today I waited 15 min to cancel my appointment, which they wanted a reasonable explanation as to why I was counseling. It's called life people.if your looking for a nice office with little interaction with anyone, this is it. Otherwise you may want to find another Dr office to try.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krock since 2018 and don't hesitate to recommend him. He identified my blockage issue and coordinated the arterial by-pass surgery. Soon after that, he coordinated the pacemaker implant. He provides me with reviews of pacemaker performance at my routine 6 month visits.

The office staff is friendly and efficient. Prescription refills are only a phone call away.

Most pleasant experience whenever I am there. Dr. Krock is the bestvery caring, takes his time. Very intelligent in his field.

Really enjoyed meeting with Dr Krock and his staff yesterday. It's clear to me he's not one to just push medication/increase dose to hope for better numbers. He wants tests, lab reports on bloodwork, etc. He will use that data to also work on your behalf with your insurance to create the best game plan. He doesn't mind people doing research and yet respect his time, knowledge, experience so that we don't waste each others time.

This is a heart practice group. Because of the wonderful care our adult daughter received from the amazing Dr. Crystal Bujold, when I had a heart issue, I called and got quick appointment for myself. Now my husband is also under her care.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bujold. She goes above and beyond to partner with her patients. She instills confidence that we're in the BEST hands possible. Dr. Patel is also one of our providers, he's wonderful too.
Now let's talk about the McKinney office staff, led by a competent and able Ms. Ghina, the office manager who actually sits with the staff and is always available to assist with any additional questions or concerns. She leads the most professional & CARING group of professionals, from the front desk to the medical assistants. EVERY single person we've had the pleasure of meeting had been kind, empathetic and always, ALWAYS willing to help.
This is one very rare practice where one's heart can be at ease, knowing that you, as the patient, truly matters. Thank you, Dr. Bujold, Dr. Patel, Ghina, Lily, Gabby, Jazmin, you've made our concerning health issues so very much easier to deal with - the service you provide is OUTSTANDING. We've been to various practices here in Texas, you set a level of high standard that others can only and should aspire to & patients benefit from. Thank your from our hearts.

Dr. Krock is so knowledgeable and is able to explain things in a way that I can understand. He provided me several options on how to proceed with my heart health. Super efficient office and staff and Dr Krock is very knowledgeable with my condition. He walked me through step by step of my health plan at the end of the visit and the staff made sure I had their email if I ever couldn't get through to the office as I did see some reviews saying they couldn't get through by phone. I haven't had this problem though. Great doctor and overall experience!

Dr Crock was very rude and dismissive, interrupting me several times while I was explaining my symptoms, and his tone clearly indicated he had made up his mind about my condition before performing any kind of test. He didn’t ask me anything about my lifestyle before prescribing generic behaviors changes I’m already doing (which he would have known if he listened or asked), which wouldn’t even address the condition he diagnosed me with. He prefers his gut instinct over scientific method, while also throwing generic treatment at you without taking any steps to understand the issue. I could have gotten the same quality of care from a poster in the waiting room.

What’s even worse than his behavior however, is his staff. Half of the calls I made to the office resulted in waiting several minutes for someone to pick up, only for them to immediately hang up on me. It seems only half of the receptionists working there are actually doing their job and the other ones are pretending. They don’t have an option to leave a voicemail so you are forced to keep calling back until you get a different receptionist.

Don’t waste your time or money on this clown show.

Dr. Krock and PA Carmel are great. Their backoffice is a total disaster. They never answer the phone, they forget Rx refills, the don't file paperwork with the insurance, etc. Such a poor experience with their office staff.

Dr Bujold is great. However trying to speak to anyone at the office is a joke. I had an appointment made 3 months in advance. I get a call a week before the appointment saying the office is actually closed the day of my appointment and I need to reschedule. The phone number that called me wasn’t the one listed as contact information for the doctors office. I tried to call back several times to change the appointment and can’t get a hold of anyone. I left voicemails and never received a call back. Highly disappointed in the disconnect between patient and office staff

They don’t answer the phone. I called multiple times to get a transfer request that never got completed. I’m also being billed after already paying at the time of service and cannot get an answer from anyone as to why nor was I made aware at the time of the visit. Im forced to drive up there for their incompetence. I would highly suggest finding another cardiologist if you have high expectations.
