I have been to multiple psychiatrists and I have never been satisfied nor felt like I was heard. However, Rhiannon Soukup is highly the best psychiatrist I have been to. She is very very caring and understanding. She very well listens to your concerns and what works best for your situations. Making me feel at home. Thank you very very much Rhiannon.

Dr. Cantu is truly the best. Every time we speak household is better. Intelligent/kind/insightful/helpful each visit without exception.

I have been a patient at her office for almost 5 years. Her team is so respectful and treat all of the patients with kindness and support. From the women at the check in window, to the PA's, Nurse practitioner's, and ultimately the Dr herself the concern & willingness to be available to their patients makes me feel like the whole office is supporting me during my time of need. I won't be a patient to any other physician willingly, I'm here for the long haul.

The actual medical doctor does not see new patients. My son was seen here at first when PA Keith Caldwell was here. He is no longer at the office. The new nurse practitioner, Jennifer Hughes, is consistently called a “doctor” when that is blatantly an incorrect and deceptive reference to her lack of medical education and abilities.

They consistently do not answer phone calls, make medication errors, refill requests were never answered after calling multiple times and leaving messages while my son was without medication. Latest appointment there were dogs running loose in the office, to which my son has allergies. This was not disclosed anywhere. While we were inside a closed door during an appointment, a dog burst into the door and someone else needed to come in to retrieve the animal - again, during my son’s appointment. I’m sure that is a HIPAA violation.

Professionalism is atrocious. Patient care is atrocious. No calls or texts or emails to remind you of upcoming appointments. I am shocked at the experience I’ve had. This practice is a joke and I highly advise anyone in need of care to look elsewhere, although I’m acutely aware of the difficulty in finding a competent psychiatrist in this city. We will be filing a formal complaint.

I called to schedule an appointment and her office staff rudely told me that she is not seeing new patients and tried to get me to set up an appointment with a nurse practitioner.

Dr. Cantu continues to provide me with outstanding quality care over the years! Also, the front staff "Tiffany and Co. " are always so professional and friendly and always provide excellent service!

Dr. Cantu is an excellent psychiatrist. She always takes the time to really listen to what I have to say, and doesn't rush me through my appointment. Her staff is great too. They are very courteous and friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend Dr. Cantu to anyone who needs psychiatric treatment.

Dr Cantu is such a great Dr. She’s very understanding of my needs for my mental health. I’ve seen her for about 8 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always listens and is very caring. The office staff are very friendly as well! Thanks for all you do!

Keith is my best friend and is the reason I’ve come this far. With the help of him, I’ve made it through some very challenging years and as a result I successfully graduated from San Antonio College while working a full time job as a dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse. I’m now studying at Texas A&M - San Antonio and am still holding this job. We’ve come a long way as a team. Thank you Keith and Michelle.

Great office, staff and doctor! I pay out of pocket to see her. That’s how wonderful they all are!

Highly recommend Dr. Cantu. She is absolutely the best. Her front desk ladies are the best as well. They are always so kind and smiling.
