Great staff. Always prompt and courteous. I never feel rushed and if I have questions, they take the time to discuss. I highly recommend.

The front office staff were all very friendly and super accommodating when I showed up 5 minutes late. They are very sanitary and clean; they have hand sanitizer throughout the building. Very spacious waiting room. Both nurses who helped me were very nice and answered all my questions and we’re very friendly. I got my blood drawn and a booster shot and they were not painful at all. Dr. Chacko was very nice and gave great advice. Great experience!

I feel Dr. Chacko lacks empathy for her patients. I came in for routine physical but expressed that I was in pain because my back was hurting. She never asked me exactly where my pain was or check anything pertaining to my back. At the end, she ask me if I had any issues and I said, do you have any recommendations as to what I can do for my back, hoping she would check. She asked me what do I normally do and pretty much said continue doing what I’m doing, as if I’m a doctor. So if she was aware that this had occurred before and it had but we didn’t discuss beforehand, then maybe what I’m doing is not working or my problem is more severe then what I think. Also, she never ask me how I was feeling mentally with COVID-19 and all, considering my blood pressure was high. She didn’t ask about my eye sight which I noticed is getting bad after my eye exam. She didn’t have my mammogram results, she asked me to tell her. Personally, I don’t feel she made any effort to develop a rapport with me and no, I’m not a new patient, I’ve been with her for couple years now.

Great office with caring staff. I’ve seen both Dr. Chacko and the PA Amanda Wyatt and they’re both great. Caring and leave plenty of time to ask questions and address concerns. I’ve never felt rushed. The front desk is awesome, the nurses are great.

My well check-up visit and lab visit with Dr. Chacko was excellent. The environment felt safe with everyone wearing mask and temps were checked. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Chacko came in and spent item with me discussing items I wanted to discuss and spending time with me. The check out procedure was efficient and i made future appointments.

Dr. Chacko is always available when you need to see her. It's very easy to setup appointments. She has always addressed my medical needs.

The office staff is pleasant and my appointment was on time (!) and I was in and out in under an hour for a physical. The service feels personable and I appreciate the level of attention given.

Really awesome that I found this. Scheduling appointments are really easy and felxible. Also like the portal with all my details in one place.

The receptionist is really rude and treated me like I was an idiot. I had to call multiple times since they didn't send me a confirmation email with any of the information about the appointment. She may not be the doctor, but she sure makes me want to seek treatment elsewhere.

I would much rather drive 4 hours back to Louisiana to my previous primary MD than to be treated like a nuisance. Front receptionist has the attitude of a high school delinquant. Find a replacement!

This is an amazing team that is the example of how a medical office should function. The reception staff always address your issue and are exceptionally efficient to resolve the situation. Always on time, only ever waited 10 min the doctor and Amanda nurse practioner are knowledgeable and caring. Every visit for past 6 years has been positive. Very impressive, I have been an RN for 38 years and have high expectations! Thanks and blessings to an AMAZING TEAM

I stay with them even though I switch health insurance and they do not accept it, that's how good they are.

Dr. Chacko's office staff is fast and efficient. They are prompt and wait times are minimal. I am greatly satisfied by Dr. Chacko's approach to health care and she only prescribes medications when necessary. She takes time to listen to the patient and understand all issues and complications.

Regret my experience with this group big time. The person who took my blood sample acted worse than a robot. No real care or regard for a patient. No proper follow ups by the admin group. The patient will be made to bear the entire responsibility by having to call them constantly. Wish I could rate them even lower than this.

Great staff which always leaves you feeling great after a visit. Doctor actually spends time with you instead of the usual "NEXT" in and out type of attitude. Last minute/same day appointments are not frowned upon.

Dr. Chacko and her staff are truly awesome. Dr. Chacko has been my physician for the past 15+ years. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced, takes time to really listen to you and "always" goes the extra mile. Lisa L, Donna, Missy and the front desk staff are just as caring and work hard to assist their patients. Dr. Chacko knows and refers to the very best specialists in the area for any specific problem that needs a specialist. You can't find a better group of healthcare professionals in the area from babies to seniors, Dr. Mona Chacko is a 10+!

Amanda has been my NP for years. I absolutely love her. She is so personable and genuinely care about my issues, family, kids, careers, etc. She is an excellent practitioner.

The atmosphere of the place is really personal but professional. Everyone seems caring and concerned about your needs. StoneBrook Family Medicine is definitely an office I can recommend.
