5 Best doctor I’ve ever had still to this day.
She’s caring, efficient, great bedside manner, allows patients to ask questions and she wants to answer all your questions for you, and very knowledgeable and knows all the updated material as always. She tries hard to accommodate the patients’ needs. She is also empathetic to her patients, which I appreciated the most. She really is the BEST doctor anyone could ever have. I wish all doctors were like her.
I was referred to Dr. Promecene through my family physician and I couldn't be more happy with her choice for me. Dr. Promecene has proven to be an excellent Doctor in every aspect of her field and I plan to keep her as my Gynecologist moving forward. When you have a Doctor who will spend time with you and not rush through a visit and takes the time to discuss every issue and explains things in detail then you know you've hit the jackpot. Five plus stars from me. Thank you Dr. Promecene!
Avoid! I was not able to get an appointment until 6 weeks from when I called with a problem issue (not well-woman.) At the appointment, I waited over an hour an a half to be seen. When I politely asked if that was the normal wait time, she became very defensive and extremely rude, saying she had worked someone in, but I was not worked in when I had a problem. Instead I waited 6 weeks. Her rude behavior was quite unbelievable. The exam room was dirty. Choose a different doctor!
If you are looking for a Dr that will give you a personal experience from conception to birth D. Promecen-Cook is the doc for you! I have had her as my OBGYN for 3 of my 4 births and as my current follow up dr. I love her and her staff. Tara is one of the best side kick nurses you will ever find!

Dr. Promecene-Cook exceeded every expectation I had. She and all members of the staff are caring, respectful, prompt, and consistently go above and beyond what is asked of them. Her extensive knowledge allows her to navigate through (sometimes difficult) issues that arise with complete ease. Highly recommend.
