Dr. Laden, the nurses, phlebotomist & office staff have always been super nice professional and caring. I’ve been a patient since 2019 it’s 2023 now and I truly wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They really care about their patients and make sure you’re taken care of. I’m grateful to have chosen Dr. Laden as my OB for both my pregnancies. They truly are wonderful people. It’s a blessing to have a Dr & staff like that while pregnant I have always left happy. If you’re looking for a Dr who will make you feel like your care is in great hands you’ve found your place. 10/10

I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Patricia Laden last year when I was experiencing an undiagnosed health issue. From the beginning, Dr. Laden was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. She took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and concerns, which ultimately led her to identify the problem that had been impacting my health.

In December, Dr. Laden performed a procedure to address my condition. Her expertise and skill were evident throughout the entire process. She clearly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions, and provided the support I needed to feel comfortable and confident in her care.

Since the procedure, I have felt significantly better and have seen a marked improvement in my overall health. Dr. Laden is not only a great gynecologist but also a truly dedicated and empathetic healthcare professional. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received under her supervision and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist.

Dr. Laden is a gift of a doctor. She is very kind and personable and knowledgeable. I trusted her with my care completely. I was so disappointed when I had to change insurances and she no longer accepted my insurance, but I was able to find a partner medical office she recommended to me. Her office staff is amazing and her medical assistants make you feel like family. I truly miss this medical office.

Dr. Laden and her whole team are phenomenal! They truly go above and beyond to help you. So glad I had them on my team for my both of my babies and surgeries. I could tell I was in good hands both times!

The doctors are great and made me feel super comfortable (or as comfortable as you can be). But that staff is the worst. I need to take birth control (not so much for controlling pregnancies, but for all the other things it does). I use Walgreens for every prescription and they are fast and I’ve never had issues with any other doctor sending in prescriptions. But for some reason this office can’t figure it out! I have called multiple times and gone to the pharmacy multiple times and played telephone for these places and I’m still stuck now out of birth control. Thanks for nothing!

They also have a lot of changing times for when they answer the phone. I don’t have a set schedule and things can change for me at the drop of a hat. I’m not saying they can’t have varying office times, but it’s seriously different day to day. Who can remember all of that? Especially if you only go once a year.

I hope the doctors do well, but if something doesn’t change I’m worried you won’t have patients! Every negative comment (even a year back) is about the staff. Maybe they don’t care to change. But I don’t have time or patience to deal with them anymore. Hopefully my body won’t take too big of a hit missing a few days while I order birth control online.

The doctors are amazing, but it can sometimes take forever to get ahold of the office. I still use them currently. The doctors truly care for you and listen to your worries. That’s mainly the reason I’m still a patient.
