Dr. Paul E. Jennings, MD, San Marcos TX

Dr. Jennings took the time to give me a complete physical exam for my bad back and hip, which is rare these days. I received a Cortizone injection into my right hip which relieved my pain completely.
My wife is a physician, and she accompanied me to one of my visits with him. She agreed with me that he is thorough and competent. Great guy and excellent orthopedist.

I believe Jennings is very knowledgeable and talks well with patients. He his wife do the billing and are not qualified to do so. My first experience I paid all my deductible to them for services and they did not file claim for 5 months. I had to pay when I went to dr because his claim had not processed. They didn’t refund my money so when I had surgery told them to apply to my new claim. He owes me about 450.00 because of overpayment and will not refund. His claim is that insurance didn’t pay enough, they paid his contracted price and he wanted more. United health spoke with him and he would not do anything about. They never could even give me balance, the insurance and I went thru the claims
