Was able to fix my shattered screen very quickly despite the manufacturer having used commercial gum making the job more difficult. Very affordable.

Had my phone all of 4 days and dropped it one time and it shattered again. I dropped my phone probably 100 times before the original glass broke. I took it back thinking they’d offer some decent discount since it broke absurdly easily and all he took off was $5. Definitely won’t go back here again.

Went in to get my camera lens fixed on my IPhone 11. I was in and out in 20 minutes. GG was very friendly and professional!

Mr. GG was great! He is very knowledgeable! I came in with my iPhone screen popped off and thought I needed a new screen. He let me know it was actually the battery that needed replacement! Saved me time and money! Absolutely recommend!

Went to get my iphone7 plus screen fixed and battery replaced. GG fixed that but later that day my phone begin to glich and would not stay on without being connected to the charger. The next day I dropped my phone and it wouldnt turn on passed the apple logo so I took my phone back to GG to fix it, a week later my phone is not fixed. I had to call just to get an update after 7plus days and Sam said he needed more time I respected that and never called again, so today I went up to check on my phone just for the manager to look me in my face and lie and say they tried to call me to let me know they couldnt "fix" it. I've waited a week plus without a phone just to get a lie and a phone that is still not fixed. I shouldve known not to trust this place. VERY POOR QUALITY & POOR VALUE! I will continue to speak with the higher ups until I reach the top. Its not about the money or anything it is simply the time passed and the lie. Be respectful and tell the truth. THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had my iPad Pro screen repaired here. When I got it back, I noticed the screen had a slight bump around the camera area. The tech said it was fine and told me there are some plastic clips under the camera there that sometimes become loose and cause the glass to bulge. He reassured me it would be fine, even after i pointed it out several times that it didn’t look right. Turns out glass isn’t mean to be bent long term, so the screen cracked at the exact spot where the tech said there were clips underneath. This place says they have a lifetime warranty on all parts and repair, but I went back and forth with the owner for literally weeks, and he refuses to stand by the shoddy work of his shop and keeps blaming me for the crack even though it is apparent that it was the repair tech’s mistake that caused the crack. Would give 0 stars if possible. I thought this place would be great - so many reviews and a very high rating. But trust me, spend a little more and go somewhere else. (Side note, the repair itself was also pretty bad. Lots of light and dark spots all up and down the side of the iPad screen. Really bad work)

This place is scam. Please do not change screen here they charge me more than $400 with tax. My phone is S20 Ultra must have Gorilla 6 screen but replace with cheap screen was crack pretty easily again and even fingers print is not works at all. Terrible service. One more thing, they said it's take only 2 - 3days and actually took almost 4weeks.

Great customer service. Didn’t have to wait long for them to fix my screen. It took them 15 minutes and my phone was good as new.

Very convienent and fast service. Their prices are great too, it cost me $100 less to fix my phone screen here than at the Apple store. I would definitely recommend them

Just went in to Wal-Mart and stopped by and saw Dr. PhoneFix. I thought my screen was cracked, but it wasn’t. Saved me $95!

This is a great cell phone repair shop. All I need was my phones battery replaced and they were able to do it in about 45 mins. Also the price was good too. $45. And if I have the same problem within the week they will replace it for free! I will definitely go back for any cell phone issues.

I called at least 5 phone repair stores asking whether if they can replace a new battery for my Huawei Honor 8, only Dr. Phone Fix can replace it and at very reasonable price.

It only takes around 2 hours. The customer service is very good and patient. I will definitely come back to this store if I have any phone problem in the future. I highly recommend this store.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a scam. Don’t come here. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a donkey. They supposedly “fixed” my phone screen and while they were repairing it they said I had a bad motherboard and bad home button flex whatever the heck that means, and like a normal consumer I had no choice and said ok I guess we have to fix that and they told me it was extra $100 bucks which I paid and wasn’t happy about.after 1 month my home button came off? I took it to a different repair place off George bush because I didn’t want to get robbed from these “phone doctors” again. And I was told by the new repair center that they actually didn’t repair my motherboard and they actually don’t give new home buttons when you repair your phone screen they use the same home button with your phone. Man what a scam don’t go here. Garbage con artists. Will rob you. They are Just looking to take advantage off normal consumers who are ignorant on phone repairs.

Worst place ever to get your phone repaired. Had to take my phone to another repair place to fix a problem that they caused. Only to later find out they had put screws in wrong spots and damaged a part on my motherboard Dont Waste Your Money.

Came in to get my daughters screen fixed and i am very satisfied with the swift service i received. Definitely would recommend them
