Took my broken IPhone XR here to get the screen replaced and within a month it has a blacked out bar up and down the entire screen, and the touch screen is very unresponsive and inaccurate. They charge just as much as apple but will use CHEAP parts. DO NOT GO HERE.

Lizzy was awesome and explained the process of what she would be doing step by step, and advised of the 90 day warranty!

We are delighted to have found this place! My daughter shattered her iPad screen and part of the front of the frame and we needed it fixed ASAP for E-learning. I had my doubts it was fixable but the guy who worked on it was very confident he could figure it out. I really appreciated how he gave us a more than fair timeframe and called us to keep us in the loop with the progress of the repair. We had it back in less than 24 hrs, which is fast in my opinion. And the guy who fixed it and helped us was not only extremely knowledgeable polite but went above and beyond to answer questions and help us with several of our technology questions and needs. Next time we have a technology and device issue, we will be bringing our business back to Dr. Phonez in Stone Oak.

Broke my Face ID. I went to get my iPhone screen repaired, and found out my Face ID didn't work afterward. I called Carina and she told me she would call her Manager then call me back. When she called back she said her manager told her that happens and it just won't work anymore. I asked for a refund. Carina said they may be able to do a partial refund, but she would ask her manager. On the third call she informed me that her manager will not issue any refund. Do not take an iPhone that uses FaceID here unless you never want that feature to work again. Really disappointed. Carina is polite but I'll never go there again. This was a known problem that I was not informed of before letting them do the work. If they would have honestly informed me of this I would not have let them do it. They charged the same amount as an Apple authorized repair.

Great experience.ran diagnostic and called me to give me pricing before proceeding with repair. My phone had extensive water damage and they were able to take care of it with no problems. Friendly and courteous I def recommend them

CHINESE SCREENS! Terrible quality! Multiple dead spots on my iPhone 7plus. I’ve had multiple phones repaired here and the color is way off! Don’t try to save the extra $20 the apple store charges! Just go OEM! The DR. PHONEZ SCAM is not worth it!

Not happy with the end product went in to get my iPhone 6s Plus and when I got it back my 3D Touch didn’t work no more don’t know what happened but it was before I took it in

I dropped my phone on the driveway and i shattered my screen.i took it to dr phonez the next day and they replaced my screen in one hour.my phone works perfectly fine now.i am very impressed with the customer service and how quick it took them.i recommend taking your phone here if the screen is ever damaged.

Draped phone off to have glass replaced. Got a hair cut. They called, all done. Great Experience!

Very honest repair men/women, the woman servicing my phone saved me $60 by identifying the problem with my phone as much simpler than I though it was.

I took my phone here to get fixed and I got it back with the touch response a bit off. A few days later I put it in the cup holder of my car and when I picked it up it had a crack down the screen already. A few days later the top part of the touch screen stopped working. I took the phone to the store with a receipt and explained the situation and the young lady at the front desk rudely told me theres nothing they can do and made it as though I dropped the phone and it was my fault.

Second device serviced. Reasonable prices, fast, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I went in to replace my phone screen but they took 4 hours longer than they said, broke my Touch ID, and then disabled my iPhone and I ultimately had to reset it and I lost all my important photos and information that was on my phone. Now my screen barely reacts to my touch too.

Sprint said I needed a new screen I took my phone to Dr. Phonez and the gentleman informed me it was only my tempered glass. This gentleman saved me a lot of time and a lot of money. He was very thoughtful and informative and my phone looks brand new. I also got a new phone case, they have so many to choose from. I highly recommend this business they are convenient courteous and fast!
