3Dr. Sierk is one of the best psychiatric providers I have ever encountered. She is compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. She takes time to listen and explain things and is very strengths-based in her approach. I have never experienced her to be overly pathologizing and she and her office are very responsive. She is excellent at helping to problem-solve challenges that come up in care and does an excellent job of collaborating with patients to find the combination of medication and support that will work best for them. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Sierk highly enough!
Dr. Sierk has been an integral part of my mental health progress over the past several years. She has always been extremely attentive and kind. I've now moved out of state and won't be able to see her anymore but will always appreciate (and miss) her help.
I have been seeing Dr. Sierk for a number of years now, I don't know any one half as good as she is!
