I waited 45 minutes after Dr. Rainey's nurse asked me some questions. I find that wait period is way too long to have a 5-minute conversation with Dr. Rainey.

I had a great experience overall on my visit to Dr Raney, not only help me with my issues but also took his time to explained in detail the options how to help me get better. I highly recommended.

Dr Raney was fantastic at explaining what is going on with my throat and answering all of my questions.

The office was very efficient and friendly. Everyone who examined my daughter explained to her what was going to happen and made her feel at ease. The explanations to me were clear and consise. The parking situation is rough, but that's not their fault seeing as they're part of the hospital system.

The best ENT! Very thorough, caring and kind. He took my son’s tonsils out several years ago and did a great job. He came highly recommended back then.now I have had some issues and I have had to see him and he is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Raney.

My visit was great. However, I called to speak with the nurse because my symptoms are still present and was later called back by the answering service and still have heard back over 24hrs later.

Dr Raney was very pleasant, listening to everything I said. He got right to my CPAP problem and promptly ordered a new machine for me. I really appreciate his care and concern, and look forward to future office visits as needed.

Dr Raney is an amazing physician. Unfortunately the scheduling is horrible. I sat on hold for 47 min and was hung up on. Called back again and waited a while and finally got a hold of the office.

Highly Recommend him. He always has great bedside manner. Both my boys had tubes in their ears and had great experience with the doc and the office staff. We saw him with my oldest 6 years ago and recently with my youngest. His care has stayed consistent over the years.

We took our 4yr old daughter to see Dr. Raney based on reviews and recommendations from neighbors. He and his staff are EXCELLENT! Great, friendly manner and they know their stuff. We will definitely be back to see him again!

Butcher, Butcher, Butcher! This Surgeon is Horrible.he will lie to you as a patient, say you need procedures you don't need and charge you for unnecessary office test. He botched my nose which will cost me thousands to fix along with facial paralysis.

Don't trust him.

This Dr. IS a BUTCHER! He disfigured me. From a simple septoplasty. LOW LIFE of the Earth. I pray everyday That he suffers something horrific in this life.
