Given that I was going to be having bypass surgery I was a little anxious. Dr. Khalafi and his team did an exceptional job. I was worrying about the recovery. However, I was flabbergasted at how easy and well it went. Very little discomfort, compared to what I expected. And I was released on day four from the hospital. Highly recommend this surgeon.

Dr Khalafi was a lifesaver! Literally! His expertise and knowledge of bypass surgery is phenomenal. The office staff has been a blessing for information and was always available to follow through with any questions about the procedure, both prior to and after the surgery. Dr Khalafi and his associates have top notch communication skills and create an atmosphere of understanding so I had confidence in a procedure that I previously knew nothing about. Fourth floor at Medical City Fort Worth is an exceptional facility. I would highly recommend Dr Khalafi and his staff for excellent medical care.

My wife recently had open heart surgery performed by Dr Khalafi. The care before and after surgery was top notch. I am very pleased with the Dr. Reza S. Khalafi. He did a quadruple bypass on me. He had to fit me in, on an emergent basis. When I returned to his office for my follow up, I was having complications, and he admitted me back immediately and took care of the issue. I am now home recovering, and his office has called to check on me. I admit I was a difficult patient, but everyone, still treated me great.
