I’ve been coming here for about a year now. The doctor and his entire team are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with respect to anything and everything. I couldn’t be happier with the service, effort and overall experience. I’m not used to leaving reviews, but the fact that this practice didn’t have 4+ stars on average didn’t set well with me. They are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Anyone not leaving 5 stars had to have shown up in a bad mood, I’ve been in dozens of times and nothing but great.

I have been seeing Dr. Rupa for 3 years and since the first visit it was clear that she listens attentively, does not shy away from diagnostics and has a straightforward, thorough practice that I very much appreciate. In the past, the front office staff was not so great and I did dread having to leave messages, call in medication refill requests and really, just checking in for an appointment was a bit of a downer. I’ve seen a drastic improvement in the staff and I am more than happy to give her practice 5 stars.

Dr. Rupa and her staff have been extremely supportive and caring during my last 16 months of healthcare at her office. Not only has she made sure that my general health has been addressed and administered to, but she and her her group have gone above and beyond to help me through my journey to obtain the specialists I have needed for other health issues. I not only feel cared for, but also cared about.

DR. Ruvi Patchegola ENT.do not waste your time and money. All I got was a wimpy handshake for my money. I have an ear disease (Cholesteatoma) that he is clearly not qualified to handle and told me he was. My ear is supposed to be cleared of debri every 6 months.he made me go 2 years before saying he wanted to put me under and pretended he told me things we never discussed. I also have a hole in my prosthetic ear drum, he gave me ear drops to remove wax.my specialist told me to never put drops in my ear because a hole is direct access to the brain. I have a 2 year old infection thanks to this guy. I was recently assaulted, he told me there may be concern of breakage. When I asked if this should be treated urgently, all he said was "I don't know". Then sent me home with orders to get a CT Scan. Every question I asked he said "I don't know". Avoid this doctor, he absolutely is not in this business to help, he seems to only want money. The creepy limp handshake should have been my first clue. This doctor is not a good choice for your ear care needs.
