2I have only seen Dr. Smithee a few times but she highly impresses me in her overall professionalism and character. She replaced Dr. George Marck, whom I saw for over 20 years at the clinic and liked very much. Dr. Smithee is really, really a great listener and has genuine compassion for patients. And, the office personnel has always treated me with the utmost courtesy.
I would just like to go on here to share that I have seen dr Miranda for some time now and although she has always been kind & helpful I unfortunately can’t say the same for office management. I have a condition that I have to take medication for every single day and have recently learned from my pharmacy that I am out of refills. Called and spoke with Cindy today, and she was very unpleasant and rude. Already upset about the fact that I am out of medication and now have to visit urgent care just to get a refill on a prescription I HAVE to take, I have to listen to someone say “well I don’t know what to tell you, but we can’t see you”.
Showing a bit of compassion never hurt anyone especially when I’ve been a patient for years.
