My wife had problems with high blood pressure. Dr. Akbar did thorough exam and tests to evaluate things before changing her medications - BP is well controlled now!

Dr. Akbar truly cares about each individual patient. I promise you that. This man is amazing and yes Im going to say it. I love him for his knowledge, caring heart, conversation, and his over all commitment to his patients. I thank God I found him 2013 when I moved from California to Texas. This man is amazing. I am in tears everytime I give him a review. I did have a horrible experience with his office manager. She was rude, mean, & nasty over the phone two times with me. Such an Amazing Doctor! I had another Cardiologist mis diagnose me with HBP, and the medicine was making my BP drop really low! And I came to Dr. Akbar and he told me I did Not have High BP and he got me off my meds and now I feel Great! Thank you Doctor! Before him I was feeling horrible because of the meds and he got me feeling great again!

So kind, polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional approach. Always feel better after visiting. Never seems in a hurry to finish off and attend the other patient in line. Leaves enough time between appointments. God Bless him.
Dr Akbar is a credit to his medical profession. Dr. Akbar listens patiently he has great bedside manners and has a positive office staff. I found out on my for visit that I was over medicated and he reduced
my meds by a third. Dr Akbar is the real deal.
My elderly parent's & myself have been patients of Dr. Akbar for years.i wish he was a GP, because then i wouldnt have to see any other Dr! He's the BEST!
