I agree with others here. I liked Dr Lerma but office staff not so much and I lost my doctor of 7 years but he also could’ve talked to me about everything first instead of sending a letter saying can no longer see me. Especially seeing he knew my situation and issues and knows I can’t get meds was getting elsewhere so been without for some time now and hasn’t been nice but who cares. Gotta love getting older and the way doctors think. I’m not crazy about it but that’s life as we now know it. I’ll just get by till no more.

Me, My husband, my mom, and my dad, are all patience of Dr Lerma he is an excellent Dr been going to him for a long time

My self and my husband have only been going to Dr Lerma for about 2 months but we are very happy with him and his staff. They get us in right away and always so nice

I have always liked dr lerma. Its the staff that seems difficult most of the time. My daughter is sick with an ear ache that is progressing behind her ear and in her jaw. I called yesterday got a new prescription for ear drops have followed direction on drops. She's hurting. Called today worrying whether the problem behind her ear could be due to mastioditis and was just told he's gone for the day nothing we can do for you. So paid for the appt paid for new prescription and cannot get my baby to stop hurting and rest. Just told to take her elsewhere. Frustrating when i chose this to be my family's dr.
Disappointed

Front desk lady was very rude, and couldn’t hear anything for jack. Had to shout over the phone just for them to get my birthday right. Not only that but she tried to blame me for having the wrong birthday on insurance filed and make me pay out of pocket. Horrible person, calls take forever, I didn’t even get to talk to Dr. Lerma. I hope she’s not as atrocious as the front desk girl was.

I'm so over this office. I have suffered from gout for years and feel an attack coming on. Called the office to see if they would call in the prescription that could keep the attack from accelerating and was told it's been a while (was there about a month ago)
so they would need to see me or do a phone appointment before they could. But nothing available until tomorrow. By tomorrow I will be in a full blown attack and NOTHING will help. These people care nothing about your health, just the ole mighty dollar!

Dr Lerma has been an excellent Primary Care Doctor. He helped me get through a major mystery illness and all the associated illnesses. He intentionally chooses the best and most cost effective treatments.

My family has been using Dr. Lerma for years. He’s very kind and sweet as is the practitioner. Over all no complaints.
