Dr. Shrestha is a wonderful doctor who has a great bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone that ask.

I am a new patient to Dr Shrestha and actually had not met him until he came in to the surgery room and talked to me. I know his office people were nice and his nurse Practitioner was professional so I really wasn’t surprised that I would like him. He came in and talked to me before then again after the procedure to tell me everything went well and there were no surprises.
I would recommend him very highly.

I waited for 3 months for appt. I was referred by my primary Dr. 1 hour before my appt I was riding with my husband that took off work to Weatherford from Granbury. Receptionist said he was running behind and wait an hour and a half to come. So we waited. Checked in paid $35 co-pay waited. Finally put me in a room and nurse came in and said he never showed up. They said this is not unusal or first time this has happened. Tied up at hospital. She said she had no idea why I got sent to a Gasterologist because they don't treat hernia's. Would of been nice to know 3 months prior. Said she would have a sonogram and scope referred. They would call me. 2 weeks later never a call. Im curious to see what gets billed to my insurance company for this absolutely no help visit! I should also get my $35 copay refunded! I have now been referred to a hernia surgeon but very upset that I've suffered unnessarcially for 3 and 1/2 months now. Should not of charged me for a visit that the doctor never shows up!

I had a colonoscopy on July 14 2021 that had been postponed for various reasons for 2 years. The result was the removal of 4 polyps. It's been over 22 days since the procedure and I have heard nothing from the Dr's office regarding biopsyvresults. I have called the office numerous times and no one answers. All I get is a message. Sometimes I can leave a message but most of thevtime the mail box is full and no messages can be recorded for the doctor's assistant.
His assistant called me back once but I barely missed her call. It was after hours, so I could not return the call. I got a message that the office was closed. She also left a message to call back in the morning to discuss the biopsy results, but what good does that do when no one answers the phone and you can't leave a message. It's very frustrating when your family has a history of colon cancer.
I don't understand why their office does not have a method whereby when the biopsy results come back a knowledgeable person can't call and report the results in a timely manner rather than having this continual call phone tag trying to get answers to your results?
It gives me the impression they are only focused on making money on the procedure and not on servicing their patients after the procedure.
I am truly disappointed on the followup after the colonoscopy!

Yours truly,
Russell Gilbert

Doctor Sanjeeb Shrestha listens to what you have to say and has a heart feeling of what u r going through. His staff was very professional and of course anywhere as in here I don't like the mask because it makes it difficult to hear what someone is saying but I did. I was very pleased and the reception that I got from the doctor the nurse and the Staffing. We always like to be treated as we would treat them. Thank you very much Sincerely, Jack Cobert

Dr. Shrestha has been my GI doctor for about 5 years. He is very concerned about my well being and takes his time to explain every aspect of a procedure then make sure I have no questions left unanswered. He has performed several procedures on me and every one was a positive experience and I had minimal to no pain. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Can’t get out of the waiting area to even see the Dr.just keep waiting.

And now I can’t get bloodwork done because the Dr wrote the wrong code - he wrote it for age 5 and under. Nice going. This place and Dr are the absolute worst. And good luck getting anyone on the phone is less that 72 hours. Their message is even rude, don’t call back or we’ll never get to you!

If you are looking for a condescending male Dr, then look no further!

Dr Shrestha not only addressed my Gastro problems but was concerned with how they affected my other health issues. I am very impressed with his knowledge and care of my health.

We were so pleased with Dr Sanjeeb Shrestha. From the promptness with which they got us an appointment to the promptness with which they got his procedure set up. They answered all our questions and explained everything they were going to do. They explained the biopsy results in a way we could understand. They were very polite and courteous and when they had to refer us to a oncologist and a surgeon they have continually followed up to see how we are doing. We have been very pleased from start to finish with both Dr Shrestha and his staff.

Dr Shrestha is a great GI doctor who I have been going to for year’s. While a colonoscopy is not pleasant, he and staff make it as bearable as possible.

Dr. Shred that is an excellent doctor. He is very friendly and explains very clearly how procedures are performed and what you can expect. He also briefs you as soon as you wake up after the procedure to explain his findings. I highly recommend Dr. Shrestha for your needed medical procedures

Good Dr. However, I have had three different test and thousands of dollars spent via insurance and I'm still in pain. Told me to come see him in three weeks after my last procedure. Knowing I was still in pain. I guess I just have to deal with it. All that money spent and nothing but pain to show for it. I feel like I'm being used for insurance money.
