I like the Dr, but everytime we come the clinic is always packed & we end up having to wait outside. Which wouldn't be a problem if they atleast had chairs.

I've been coming here since my daughter was born in 2013 and they've seen my other children as well years after. I appreciate the girls, always kind and helpful (Vilma, Maria, Natalia, Erika and I know I'm missing someone but don't know her name but she's also nice). Love Mr. Gonzalez. He's my go-to, professional, humble, caring and kind to my children and myself but Mr. Arredondo is nice & caring too. Yes, the wait can be a bit stressful but it's worthwhile knowing your child will be well-assessed and cared for.

Thank you Vilma! You rock always on task in answering any questions or concerns I have towards my kids. Keep it up

LOL THIS IS MY DAD XD… sorry about the waiting room time idk why it’s like that BUT IM PRIVILEGED I DONT HAVE TO WAIT NOT EVEN A SECOND CUZ MY DAD OWNS THE PLACE HAHAHAHHAHA

Wait time is ridiculously long, no reason for having an appointment. 3 plus hrs wait just for baby's shots and no where to sit in the lobby

Here’s your warning. Stay away from this office. 2 hour wait times, waiting room gets so full that at times there is not an available seat. Once you finally do see the NP (you won’t see the doctor) your appointment will be rushed. Staff is extremely unprofessional and lack empathy. Plus it’s extremely dirty. No sanitation is happen in there. You and your babies deserve better than what this office can offer! Stay away!

Waiting room and patient rooms are not clean. Appointments are never on time, all of our visits there have last 90-160 minutes. Customer service is not the best at all. RN need to update their knowledge with the most recent studies.

Great experience with the Dr’s and staff. Thank you for listening to our concerns and following up.
