Extremely rude Dr. Was an awful visit my dad was insulted and mistreated by this so called Dr. He had spot that went away and he was upset that the spots went away obviously we were worried and we wanted to run some blood tests however he refused and said to come back when the spots were back I mean seriously! He also had a leg pain some tingling and when he told the Dr he responde that the appointment was done for the spots not for the leg that he is very busy and can’t be dealing with nonsense. He will definitely be reported for the way he humiliated and mistreated my parents. I don’t ever wish bad upon anyone but hopefully he loses his license and can’t see any more patients since he is a very busy person. Horrible and disgusting.

I find it interesting that my previous review was deleted. Especially considering it might be the most significant review he has ever had.

Dr. Torres has no business being a doctor. Last year I was extremely ill and he refused to see me. I hadn't eaten in 3 days, had lost 12 lbs and couldn't sleep. When I tried to make an appointment he refused to see me because "I had Covid-like symptoms". I had a "fever" of 99.3.which isn't technically a fever. I even spoke with him directly through the patient portal after his staff denied the appointment and he confirmed he wouldn't allow me to come in. I explained that I had taken 3 Covid tests in the past week AND an antibodies test, and all came back negative. Didn't matter. He wouldn't see me. He claimed it was Memorial Hermann policy, but I contacted then and they said that absolutely was not true. I told Dr. Torres that if he doesn't want to see sick patients then he needs to find another profession. Also, I told him he was no longer my doctor.

I was never impressed with him as a doctor when I was his patient. He was dry, detached and barely present during visits.
