Dr. Srivasa B. Chebrolu, Frisco TX

First visit with this Dr and Office and I was very pleased. Staff was professional, polite and responsive to my questions. Dr. Chebrolu was completely professional, had a relaxed and pleasant disposition; I understand why my primary insisted I see him. He answered all of the questions I had, not as a just reciting facts, of factoids, but he made sure I understood each answer. If this is what caused the slight delay (maybe a mere five to ten minutes) in being seen, then I'm glad the other patient received the same professional treatment. Kidney disease is concerning enough without rushing through a visit. I read through the reviews and noticed many had been patients for years and gave high marks. I think that is just the type of Dr. I want when receiving a treatment plan.

I've had about 3 or 4 appt.with this doctor. The appt.prior to this one was with a NP who was very inexperienced (but nice) and with limited office hours. My last appt was with Dr. Cherbrolu; I waited for about 45 minutes and when I did see him, it was hurried lasted about 10 min.and I wasn't able to ask questions. He didn't even go over the lab results with me. And to top it off he referred me to the NP again. I take it he doesn't want me as a patient. It was worst than being sent to Quest dianostics for lab work!
