She knows why this is 1 star. Abandoned me as a patient during a 2 week trip to the hospital for lupus. Dr Booth is there for you until you become a complicated patient so I’d stay away. Not to mention the office is a mess

I have been seen by Dr Booth and her assistant Krystal for 4 years. These guys work very hard and do an excellent job. This month my insurance changed, the new insurance rejected my prior auth, and they sent in an appeal instantly (which got approved). I appreciate their hard work - Thank you. Their front office staff is so nice, 10/10.

Dr. Booth is exceptional. She takes time and listen to the whole story (which sometimes can be long). I think the world of her and would highly recommend her. She is one of the best doctors I have had.

Extremely unresponsive, to both the pharmacy refills and to my phone calls. Stephanie Booth is great but her staff, is very lacking.

Strongly recommend against this provider. Stay away!

Very unprofessional. Office staff is intentionally obtuse.

She has cancelled or no-showed all 3 appointments in the last ~7 months. Each time, they do not fit me in for a reasonable make-up appointment. I wait 2 full months for next appointment and then they cancel on me again.

They show no concern for your time or health. They work minimal hours. I think they forgot that the purpose of heath care is the HEALTH of the patient.

Dr Booth was recommended to me by Dr Robert Walters, who I think the world of. She is very caring and down to earth. She explains everything so I feel well informed and can help make decisions concerning my care. She stays on top of the newest therapies. Her staff is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Booth to anyone needing her services.

After jumping through hoops for her office to provide evidence of an autoimmune issue (which I have been hospitalized and verified by numbers other doctors). After spending hours getting these records to her so she could 'select' me to be a patient of hers the office staff called and said they needed to ask additional questions before allowing me to schedule, jumping further hoops for a preliminary consultation to be her patient. It is very clear that if I was treated this way just to schedule, being a patient would have been a nightmare. I went online because I was fooled by the reviews and found YELP reviews to describe all the other experiences as horrible and many were actual patients. Those reviews show horrible bedside manner. I guess them blowing me off was a blessing in disguise, want the real story read numerous YELP reviews and find another doctor. There are many amazing doctors here in Austin, and it surprises me that this doctor treats patients this way, with the reviews I read, her reputation will soon precede her.
