I have seen Dr. Stephens a few times before but I have not seen her in 3 years until today. I would drive to Waco to see her. She is always so pleasant & has a great bedside manner. I had to drive a bit further today but will continue to see her. I have never had any problems with her services. Thanks!

I went to *four* different doctors before finding Dr. Stephens. All of them wanted to dismiss my concerns by just summarily declaring I had arthritis and offering me cortisone shots. Dr. Stephens took the time to do an MRI (when my x-ray looked perfectly normal / not arthritic). She spent a good 45 minutes going over it with me in detail. Turns out I had a torn mcl, torn meniscus, cracked kneecap and dry cracked up cartilage in the joint. With her treatment plan I have gone from severe pain that limited my activity at way too young of an age to being fully active again, exercising, traveling, dancing. Without her I would still be in my mid-40s walking with a bleeping cane. I trust her completely. She will tell it to you straight, but only after listening thoroughly. She is kind - but more importantly the most thorough and competent doctor I've found. I am deeply grateful for the positive impact she has had on my quality of life. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing doctor. You are in great hands with her.

Dr. Stephens is excellent. She performed a revision on my 28 year old total hip replacement and did an excellent job. I could not be happier. I am so thankful I found her after moving to Dallas from Milwaukee, WI.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Stephens. She quite literally botched my ACL reconstruction surgery and has now caused me to have 2 more surgeries due to her negligence (with a different surgeon of course). She ruptured through my IT band and quadricep, which caused the bone plugs to rip out of the bone and go through the muscle. This resulted in my ACL tearing in 3 places. This would have been caught immediately after surgery if she would have done an XRAY, but she did not do that. At every post op appointment, she assured me that I was on the right path to continuing my dance career, but I kept saying that something was wrong. 3 months later I got a 2nd opinion and the truth had been discovered. GO TO ANY SURGEON BUT HER! I am posting this to warn everyone. Do your research on who you let do surgery on your body.

Very professional. Wait time was much shorter than normally expected at a Doctor's office. The entire staff that I interacted with friendly. I Honestly felt like I was being focused on vs get me in and out then next patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephen's and her Staff.

For over a year I was going to another doctor and every time he gave me a steroid shot in my knee I left in excruciating pain. I was referred to Dr. Stephens and SO glad I was. She explained the process, used a sonogram to determine the correct angle, numbed my knee and it was as painless at it could be! I will NEVER see another physician. She’s that good. I’m back to working out and my knee has never felt better! She’s is only 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option! Thank you Dr. Stephens.

I hadn't ever been to Dr Stephens and I didn't really know what to expect. I had been with my previous orthopedic surgeon a long time. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and cheerful. I liked Dr Stephens immediately and felt comfortable with her. I'm going for a follow up in a month.

Dr Stevens has the best bedside manor of any doctor I've worked with, or have been seen by. She always greets you with a smile & has time to listen to your needs.

Dr. Stephanie Stephens is a wonderful surgeon. She doesn’t hurry her patients. She explains the procedures well. Her staff is also very caring and helpful. Marcia her surgery scheduler was helpful with questions on company paperwork with medical leaves. Any surgery is an anxious situation for the patient and this office really helped to alleviate my anxiety. Thank you

I have seen Dr Stephens 2 times for severe hip pain. I was torn whether to give her a 3 star or 4 star. I know that providers want to rule everything out but I’m in extreme pain and need answers. I’m not getting any answers from her. Also at my second appointment, the follow from having diagnostic testing that she ordered, I didn’t get called back to a room for an hour and 15 minutes past my appt time. And then waited another 45 minutes before she entered my room. I was very displeased with the wait time and she didn’t even acknowledge the long wait when she finally did come in. I wonder if she’s even taking my pain seriously.

Was amazing she was very sweet, kind, nice, friendly, knowledgeable & Professional. I had been in pain for over 6 months, going to different doctors with no help from other doctors. Dr. Stephens went out of her way to help me with my problem, and helped get me out of pain. She didn't make me feel rushed, she took her time with me and explained what my problem was, and again, did what she could to help with getting me out of pain. Dr. Stephens was a big help in helping me get the correct
thinkgs that I needed for my wrist pain. She took her time and she helped me order what I needed. And for that I'm very, very grateful. I am doing a whole lot better, since our visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephens to anyone who is looking for a Good Orthopedic doctor, she's Truly the BEST.

Caroline the lady at the from desk she was very nice, kind and helpful to me as well, Im an elderly person, she was so sweet, she was more than willing in assisting me with all my paper work and appointments. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Stephanie Stephens and Caroline at the front office. Repair of ruptured Achilles. Entire office is well run and staff is super pleasant. Dr Stephens very knowledgeable and surgery went well. Still in recovery mode but so far, so good!
