Dr. Tamar Brionez, MD / Advanced Rheumatology of Houston reviews
23Easy to find offices with a Doctor that cares. This is a tough job, but she knows what she's talking about, I spoke with Dr. Brionez about my personal situation and she was very thoughtful and gave great insight.
I drove an hour to get to there office to walk around a building for 20 minutes to finally discover the entrance was outside. No clear instructions if any of this. On top of when I called it would either send me to a voicemail or hang up. I literally tried to call for 20 minutes. I finally figure out where there located get there to check in to have the girl tell me there short staffed because of the holidays that’s why the phones weren’t answered. Then to have her anwser the phone right in front of me while I’m checking in after I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for 20 minutes. At this point I’ve had enough. I won’t start a new treatment plan with an office that can’t even anwser the phones for there patients. That right there let’s me know how hard it would be to get any help unless I’m physically standing in there office.
I was referred to Dr. Brionez by my dermatologist at the beginning of this month. I was extremely skeptical to go see her after reading many negative reviews for her in different sites. I decided to try her out for myself and am definitely glad I did. She has exceeded every single expectation I had and some. She has been extremely attentive, never dismissive, thoroughly examined me, tested any and all possibilities, and has helped me be at ease. She has left no stone unturned. I highly recommend her.
I do not recommend this doctor. She did not want to listen to anything I had to say and would cut me off mid-sentence. I went twice hoping it was just a busy day the first time but it was even worse the second visit. My opinions or points were immediately dismissed and she tried to rush out as fast as possible. I can not adequately explain how condescending she came off. I will not be returning.
Dr. Brionez is top notch! She took the time to carefully diagnose and recommend treatment for my daughter. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She took the time to answer our many questionsa and has been very responsive with all of our questions since. We truly are so blessed to have our daughter under her care. Every person in her office is friendly, kind and wonderful. She's the best!
She is a good Doctor but appears to be in a hurry and does not give the patient time to explain their recent events. She just want a straight answer to her questions no more and no less. A little rude in my opinion. Also they have the blood work service there but did not give you the option to do it somewhere else unless you said you will. I think she could be better if she listens more to the patient and explain better treatment options since RA is a complicated illness.
Dr. Brionez is the best rheumatologist I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t even think about going to anyone else.
Arthritis is an awful thing to have, and Dr. Brionez knows it. Her approach to treatment is the best I’ve ever experienced.
Dr. Brionez has a very helpful staff, and the doctor herself is the best. I won’t go to anyone else.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Brionez or any of her staff. They’ve always treated me like an honored guest.
Dr. Brionez takes the time to explain the treatment not only to the patient, but to (in my case) the patient’s husband. She really understands family dynamics!
Everyone at Dr. Brionez’s office treats you with kindness and compassion. The whole atmosphere is calming and soothing.
Dr. Brionez doesn’t have appointments. She has visits. That’s what it feels like when you go to see her, as if you are visiting a friend.
Dr. Brionez is very intelligent and well-practiced in her field, and she doesn’t talk down to her patients, the way some doctors do.
Dr. Brionez is one of the best doctors imaginable. She manages to fit you in even when she has a full schedule!
My arthritis makes regular doctor’s visits a necessity. Dr. Brionez takes a lot of the anxiety out of these visits.
It’s obvious that Dr. Brionez cares deeply about her patients, and that she takes as much time as you need to give you the best treatment.
Dr. Brionez sits down and talks to you as a person, not as a bundle of symptoms to be treated and sent away. If only more doctors did that!
Dr. Brionez is a good doctor for the most part but only truly cares about money unfortunately. When she is not seeing patients she is the rudest person you will ever meet. I wish she would learn compassion towards her employees so that one day her staff would stay and work for her long term.
Dr. Brionez is kind, warm, thoughtful, and one of the most professional doctors I’ve ever been to. She’s the best.
