My experience was awesome from the assistants to the staff to the hygienists.
All are always cordial and professional.

Dr. Mai has been my dentist for over 15 years and I'm treated with excellent service every time I visit his office. The entire staff is awesome and very helpful. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Mai's practice.

Reception staff is excellent and follows up. They send texts and emails to remind you of upcoming appointments. Dr. Mai does not particularly have a good bedside manner, whereas Dr Tsao works very well with the patients.
