2Amazing doctor and great staff! Both times got in and out quickly. He is thorough and attentive to issues. His staff members are all very lovely and friendly. I’ve been in here several times and have had nothing but terrific experiences. Highly recommend!
7 months AFTER appointment, received bill. Called and paid for the appointment. They double charged our card AND never put payment in the system. Instead put a sticky note in folder saying "Paid". Billing company sent us to collections. Called to take care of matter, but again they didn't note it on their end. Collections and credit company denied our claim stating "Dr. Albert said amount owed is valid. " Called again only to be told by manager that its not a big deal and if I want to, I can contact the FBI. This place and doctor are horrible people, using horrible situations (at-risk pregnancies) to up-bill you and take advantage. If you are truly at-risk, use a different doctor. You will regret coming here.
