He is a good doctor but waiting time not worth it at all.specially when the patient is 90 years old and had to wait 1hour and half to be seen.

I was impressed by Dr. Tojo Thomas. According to the reviews online I was skeptical about going to this facility, but having met the staff and the doctor, I was very happy. Dr. Thomas was competent, thorough, clear and friendly. I like when an MD gets to the point without any non-sense vague chit chat. The staff was very friendly to me, they all did their job quickly and efficiently, explained procedure patiently and thoroughly. I don't go to a doctor's office to make new friends, I look for competency, professionalism and accuracy and I found that with this MD. The office environment is not the prettiest I'll admit, but once I was greeted with a lovely smile and friendly staff it all went smooth and fast.

This is not for the doctors, this is for the way the office work. After treatment, and even between treatments, i called the office for questions regarding medication confusion and other issues regarding to the treatment itself, it never worked out. Asking for a call back from the doctor didn't happen either The only way you may be able to talk to the doctor is to get yourself physically in the office hoping the doctor is there and has time to talk to you. The staffs answer phone will hang up on you in a blink if they find difficulty (i got hang up few times). It seem like they have never been trained to handle anything else other than scheduling appointment, and making payment. Advise, ask who's answering the phone, so when you got hang up, you know who she is.
You choice a doctor to treat your health issues. But then you cannot reach out to talk to the doctor? All this can be simply have a doctor to call you back at his convenience timing, but it seem like a lot to ask for.

Dr Thomas, took his time explained alot about my illness. He is a good MD to have on your team. Ive had nothing but good experiences each time I've had appointments, it does take awhile to get in to see him (very busy practice)

I tried to make an appointment for my husband. I had to repeat myself multiple times while trying to schedule an appointment with a woman I could barely understand. I explained that all I wanted to know was when the next available appointment was before going through the whole registration process because my husband is very sick and just got home from a 10-day hospital stay. I didn't want to spend an hour repeating information to her multiple times if there wasn't an appointment available in the next few days. She said that wasn't possible; she had to have all my information first. I tried, but after repeating the word "failure" four times, and she still didn't get it I said Thank You and never mind.

Worst dr I have ever seen in my life. Very scary that he is treating patients. Not knowledgeable.

Things have not changed since the last reported evaluation. Dr is very good. Office needs an overhaul!
